The new Blade is going to suck balls.

You can't do a Blade movie that's PG-13. You just ... Can't. And it's going to be Disney PG-13, no less.

Pass!
 
The smart move would be to set Blade up at 20th-Century Pictures, along with the other horror-based Marvel movies. Even if they are still PG-13, not something that makes sense to have under the family-friendly Disney brand, will just piss off a lot of parents.

Dave Bautista been going around burning a lot of bridges recently. Its not wise to be that outspoken of a dude in Hollywood.

Guardians 3 is already going to be Gunn's last one and Dave's contract will also expire with it, my bets are we'll see Drax heroic death, much like Yondu in 2, and that'll be it for him in the MCU. The fact that the main creative force behind the team will be leaving also makes me wonder if they'll keep showing up in other movies and whatnot. Tony, Cap and Natasha are certainly gone for good, but theyre all dead, most of the Guardians will still be alive.

There's not really much else you can do with Drax, so it's probably best for him to bow out in style. Rocket still has the High Evolutionary (whenever he appears) and obviously Gamora is basically reset character development-wise.

He was always the odd one out in terms of character development in these movies. He had the Thanos subplot in 1 where he wanted revenge, but that was all but dropped in the subsequent ones and he barely gets to interact with the man who murdered his family in the last 2 Avengers movies.

I don't think they even mentioned his backstory in 2, the most we got of it in the last ten years was his cameo in the Space T'Challa episode.

Yeah they've been harping on that shit for a while, despite like half of the A-tier ones not being involved and it haven been made clear from the start they weren't going to be. Outside of people like Samuel L Jackson and Hiddleston, Jeremy Renner and Mark Ruffalo are the only ones of the "classic set" of them involved. Unless I'm missing someone, literally the only Guardian involved is Karen Gillian, as well. They've been painting people like Tom Holland not being involved as a major deal, but a shitload of them aren't in.

This actually surprises me a bit. Apparently Batista is terrible with money, and was basically broke before getting the role of Drax, despite making a shit ton as a WWE main eventer before all of that. You'd think somebody who who was so shit with money would take every role that he could get.
Jim Cornette is literally an autist, but that doesn't mean that he's wrong here.

Wasn't it going to be banned in China regardless? That and the Eternals. In fact, I don't think Marvel's going to be seeing any Chinabux soon, considering the way Xi is reversing the country back to cultural revolution mode while also slowly criminalizing fags.

That won't stop Disney from pandering to them in hopes they change their minds, after all the film was made for them so to speak

Shang-chad. Between this and Chloe Zhao I'm quite pleased with how neither of their 'minority hires" has hesitated to spit facts about Gynah. Provided he doesn't lose his nerve and cuck like Cena did.

Fuck 'em. They don't need Chinese money that badly.
