I also placed Ant-Man & The Wasp after Civil War instead of after Infinity War ... Because it would really kill the tone to go from the ending to Infinity War to Ant-Man & the freaking Wasp. lol.
Here's what I'd do: Watch everything but the end credits scenes before you watch Infinity War. Don't watch them until after.

Good idea!

While I did enjoy Ant-Man & The Wasp when I saw it in theaters (haven't seen it since last Summer, so I'm curious to see how I'll feel about it when I finally watch it again), it's definitely in the bottom 5 of the MCU for me. However, I would argue it has THE best post-credits scene in the entire MCU. I could easily watch that moment as an Infinity War post-credits scene instead of an Ant-Man post credits scene.

Well, I mean 'You didn't have me' and then having her succeed would be incredibly insulting to everyone who died. Also I'm curious to see how Thanos just won't snap them.

All footage is allegedly from the first twenty minutes of the movie, and the movie is 3 hours, so my guess is that it doesn't work out as she expects.

EDIT:
Also a common technique of 'raising the stakes' is having the most powerful character just bite it near instantly. Funnily enough, Thanos seems to be the one character that gets respected for his strength and wit, and it usually takes a lot to overcome him.

Oh yeah her mouthing off like that is a prelude to an ass whipping if I've ever seen one. I hope the shit about "all from the first 20 minutes" is true, having the film open with Big Dick Danvers showing up, proming she'll lay the smack down, and then getting bodied in a heartbeat will be a hell of an opening. Would mirror the way Hulk got cucked within the first few minutes of IW too.

So, any spoilers or leaks have come out? Or is everything wrapped tightly by the mouse?

Allegedly, they're holding everything close to the chest. But the rumors are the Russos did not even want Captain Marvel in the movie, but had to compromise with Endgame. I'd expect she gets killed/destroyed/embarrassed early.

Chadwick Boseman:

And allegedly Tom Holland only got his lines, not the script because he is notorious for dropping spoilers.

I'm also feeling that the quality of the MCU is going to drop like a stone after Endgame. Bob Iger got an award and said Twitter was basically a recruitment for hate groups because this old white cunt didn't like people shit-talking his crap decisions.

That's why I'm looking at Endgame as a sendoff to the universe itself.

I really doubt it, that seems like the next step after "there were two versions to see how people responded to the character!" shit from before where people are saying how even the studio has no faith in it. Russos didn't have any issue working Spider-Man in at the zero hour, why they would suddenly have an issue with working with a character the franchise had planned since 2014 doesn't strike me as legit.

I do, however, believe she'll be Hulk'd; give Thanos a bitch test, get bodied, and then get put further back in the pecking order. There's talk (which granted are as substantiated as the "didn't want her" thing) is that she's relegated to Thor's sidekick through a lot of it. Which makes more sense to me, considering the last trailer has Steve dishing out assignments to split up teams.

I also want Nebula, not Tony, to land the kill shot on Thanos. She's earned it.

Honestly, if it turns out that Nebula plays a huge part on the final blow to Thanos, I'm going to be SO happy.

When exceptional people hear me say "I don't want Captain Marvel to beat Thanos," they manipulate in my words to think that I'm saying "I don't want any female character to defeat Thanos."

Nebula has earned it, Black Widow has earned it ... Freakin' PEPPER POTTS has earned it more than Carl Manvers. Captain Marvel didn't go through any sort of shit in Infinity War. I want Endgame to feel both bittersweet AND cathartic when Thanos is defeated. If Captain Marvel is the one to do it, then that would be the most unsatisfying storytelling ever.

Can someone explain why the first Cap movie is considered so bad? It was my favorite Phase 1 movie by far but it seems almost universally considered weak.

If I recall, people were tired with their origin story routes and Cap 1 was basically just a WWII film, not really a superhero film, but it was really good.

Well, classically, Nebula tricks Thanos and then gets the Infinity Gaunlet and goes apeshit with it, but then Adam Warlock takes it from her and is like, 'Bitch, this shit too powerful. Also Thanos is crazy and has suffered enough, he goin' in the Spirit Gem for all time and being a farmer and shit.'

More than likely I see Infinity ending close to the comic with Nebula getting the gauntlet, Cap taking it from her and replacing the Adam Warlock role, Cap becoming the basic 'holder' of the gauntlet for all time, sacrificing himself, and finally getting that dance in the Spirit Gem for all eternity.

Its basically the 'happiest' ending with a huge send-off for Chris Evans, with Tony retiring and raising a kid with Pepper Potts to occasionally show up, but Chris Evans holding the gauntlet and trapping Thanos for all time.

Basically, there is going to be a big sacrifice because Evans is bowing out. I think it will more than likely be Evans who gets the big sacrificial role, not really dying, but not really able to come back. It makes the most sense as well. You can tell he's just tired, he's seen all his friends fucking die, everyone he loved fucking die, his best friend kill his other best friend, there's just too much shit. So it makes the most sense for Cap to sacrifice himself as the holder of the gauntlet as basically Cap's superpower is he is so pure of heart as to basically be uncorruptable.

It'd also make sense for Marvel to be put in her place and see this and realize she has a fucking lot to live up to, which then kickstarts the post-Infinity War MCU.

EDIT:
I mean, of course, they could always go for the Captain Marvel faggotry which would be the worst ending. The whole point of someone like Cap or Warlock taking the gauntlet is literally nobody can handle it but one being who cannot be corrupted by it, which would be Cap. Still, again, they could make Brie Larson this dumb cunt with no weaknesses and be perfect and defeat Thanos. In the comics they made it Warlock so they didn't have to do a send-off to one of their characters, but in the movies Evans seems done so it'd make the most sense for him.

Última edición:
I'm convinced that Infinity War 2 is going to end with Captain Marvel kicking Thanos in the balls while she says, "Take this, patriarchy!" She'll then look directly at the camera and say, "Girls rule. Boys drool." FUCK DRUMPF will flash on the screen rapidly, just fast enough that you don't understand what's happening, but your brain does.

Then the movie ends with Black Trans Mary Jane and Spider-Man getting married while every original Avenger is brutally crucified by their diversity hire replacements.

That way, whenever something not nearly as exceptional but still pretty exceptional happens, it'll only be marginally disappointing and I'll be ready to consume next product.

In what way? Pepper Potts at least has had her relationship with Tony affected by Thanos's schemes. But Black Widow is just some middle aged spy lady who hasn't really been affected by Thanos in any significant way.

Um ... She lost a shit ton of her friends in Infinity War? Fury, Falcon, Scarlet Witch, etc. We all know what's going to be revealed about Hawkeye's family as well, and it was very much established in Age of Ultron that she is very close to that family.

"We all owe it to everyone who's not in this room to try." That, right there, is a hero that I want to root for, thankyouverymuch.

We’re just days away from Avengers: Endgame, which will close a massive chapter in Marvel’s decade of film-making. And while the end is nigh, Marvel head Kevin Feige is looking towards the bold, inclusive future of the brand. Marvel is already making good on their promise of diversity in front of and behind the camera, with their upcoming Shang-Chi adaptation which will introduce Marvel’s first Asian lead.

Feige said of the film, “I think every movie that we do is a risk. We only want to do movies that people seem to think are risks. Doing the story of an Asian-American hero of Chinese heritage is something that is very intriguing to us. It will be really different and special.”

Alongside Shang-Chi, Marvel is already in pre-production on The Eternals, which will be directed by Chloe Zhao, the first woman of color to helm a Marvel film. The film has cast Angelina Jolie and Kumail Nanjiani, and is currently looking to cast a gay Asian male lead in what will be their first openly gay character.

Feige also spoke for the first time about body-positivity in the genre, and he had a thoughtful response. When asked if audiences would ever see a superhero that resembled real bodies, he joked “Yes, I would because then maybe I can be a superhero.” Feige followed up by saying, “Traditionally, if you look at the way they are drawn in the comics, they go to very iconic mythic proportions … We happen to have many actors and actresses who have mythic proportions themselves for real but I will just say yes and perhaps sooner than you think.”
Well, well, well. It looks like Captain Marvel was just the start of the next phase. I guess the Endgame subtitle has more than one meaning.

Starlord dies in gaurdians of the Galaxy 3
Drax's daughter is alive
Rocket was created by the high evolutionary
Norman Osborn is the main villain of mcu phase 4
Harry and Chameleon are in Far from home
Mysterio in Far From Home is actually a younger Uncle Ben from the alternate universe.
Miles Morales is actually a Wakandan who shows up in Black Panther 2, and he's had spider powers for longer than Peter has had them in this continuity.
The Fantastic 4 and/or the Xmen will all enter the MCU together through the same means that Mysterio/Uncle Ben 2 enter the MCU, and they'll stay because their universe was doomed.
James Gunn will be arrested for pedophilia before Asguardians of the Galaxy comes out.
Kamala Khan will be the main character of Captain Marvel 2, and it will be even worse than the first was.
There will be an openly gay main (or at least secondary) character in the next Marvel phase. (My guess is Hulkling.)
