I thought it was fine, there was only ever one episode so it's not like there's a lot to go through. Does have the benefit of one character being a massive racist.
The pilot is just about setting the characters up (this was made before amazon and a24 purchased the series) and the first episode from amazon is about the charlie character trying to pitch the hazbin hotel to angels in heaven while the rest of the cast shoots a commercial. Also the looks are slightly different because the pitch pilot was made in late 2019 while the show came out in early 2024
Edit: essentially when amazon and a24 purchased hazbin hotel for a series vivziepop decided to drop most of the people she worked with from youtube, to instead hire new youtube animators. Essentially her old guard that showed up for hazbin (to my knowledge) are Brandon Rogers: who'll you'll get to know in helluva boss
and Alex Brightman: someone who's in later helluva boss episodes (which you'll get to know if you and ppp decide to watch more episodes of the shows) Alex's other work is being known for playing Beetlejuice in the Beetlejuice Broadway musical that tumblristas adore.

I was able to take a certain amount if joy in watching null and ppp shit all over tadc, but hazbin/helluva have given me the heeby fucking jeebies since day one and I'm reluctant to touch it with a ten foot pole. I'm counting on people to report on whether the MST of it is worth the brain aids.

Hazbin possibly, helluva is just shit. All helluva boss is and was is a vehicle for Brandon Rogers (and some of his friends) to be an annoying fuckwit, while random access humor and sex jokes happen, then the 2nd season happens and its about the stolas bird breaking up with Brandon Rogers character because he's rich in hell and an imp fucking a demon creature is i guess taboo? I'd have to watch the 2nd season but someone would have to put a gun to my head to do it.

You should probably watch the shitty hazbin hotel episode 1, then oneyzellig as the medrano palette cleanser than helluvaboss. They're all terrible btw though if I remember correctly Ongezellig is like Watamote with slight dutch racismz(which is why early soyjack fawned over it) which depending on if your a retarded teenager or maladjusted adult is likable but if your an aged adult it comes off like rancid milk tbh
