The audience did not "ruin" TADC Gooseworx did that from its conception. Actually in terms of audience behavior this movie isnt even close to the worst experience or experiences Ive ever had. People were reacting and making noise but it was surprisingly appropriate and never really got out of hand. The worst movie theater experience Ive ever had would be when me and my father mistakenly went to see Avengers Age of Ultron opening weekend. It was people exactly like this potato faced cross eyed cunt, laughing hysterically at literally EVERY one liner and quip in the movie. cheering when Stan Lee came on screen. They all gasped and soy faced when Captain America maked Thors hammer budge a little. None of them ever shut up, it sounded like half of them were talking about comparisons to the comic the entire time. It was hell in the truest sense of the word and it is what made me realize Marvel movies are slop made for the lowest common nerd denominator. I actually thought TADC was going to be on that level, but it wasnt. I actually kind of wish it was because that would have made the experience more interesting.

What I m trying to say with my preamble is that that This theatre release and shit like the backrooms, show is that there is demand for entertainment I personally dont eventhink Backrooms or DC are good or well made, but are entertaining and a cut above of whats been coming out of hollywood or streaming services that last few years.

First of all, the word you're looking for is parody, not satire.

Second of all, space king is parodic in nature, but its not a pure parody. Knowing about warhammer is not a requirement to enjoy it. I've never consumed any warhammer media outside the peripheral meta/memes and I still like it and so do most of the people I've showed it to, including older people who have no connection to internet culture or even know what warhammer is. Crayon eating space soldiers killing aliens has universal appeal regardless of where it originates from.
