As for the IP address coming from Seattle...I believe the social service agency that runs the flop house that houses Lucas is based in Seattle with homes all over Washington state. So they are all probably on the same local network.

Also, has Lucas leaked how the quarter ended? The telomeres expert was having a real tough time with basic biology.

It isn’t uncommon for IP addresses to be off by a few cities. Especially with cell phones. Just depends on ISP routing.
 
Yeah. 4 years ago I asked a girl to get lunch with me on her very legal birthday because she was hurting, said she had no friends, supported Bernie Sanders and hated her conservative parents. I go to school with a bunch of 16 year olds. I had a class once where 80% of them were 16. I know that because on the second day we had tell the class how old we were and what our goals were with college. They're sweet kids, but they're exactly that. They're kids.
