LORNE ARMSTRONG

DEFENDANT'S MOTION REQUESTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE RESPONSE MOTION TO GOVERNMENT'S RESPONSE MOTION TO DEFENDANTS PRO SE REQUEST FOR EARLY TERMINATION OF SUPERVISED RELEASE

NOW COMES Lorne Armstrong, defendant, pro se Respectfully files this motion requesting an extension of time to file his response motion to the Governments Response motion to defendants pro se Request For Early Termination of Supervised Rlease. Defendant requests additional 14 (Fourteen) days.

Defendant states that in his initiation motion he requested counsel be appointed to him. It was not until Wednesday, 5-20-26 that defendant learned through USPO Mitchell Oswald that his motion for appointment of counsel was denied and that he would have to either hire an attorney or continue pro se. Defendant states that he cannot afford an attorney at this time and will have to continue pro se. Therefore he needs the extra time to prepare his Response motion.

Dated: 5-27-26

Respectfully,
