When doing a search and selecting the menu option for "This Thread," the search results come up but across the entire site instead of limited to the thread. (Sorry, this may have been mentioned and I skimmed the thread but couldn't search for it so it's a Catch-22).

My relatively minor cosmetic suggestions would be:
  • If possible, it would be nice for the site header to be compact on the dedicated chat page again or somehow collapsable.
  • Give a little bit of a top margin or padding to the reactionsBar class, it's a little too close to the text of longer posts.
  • Having the media embed button a default button in the editor would be nice instead of in a submenu.
  • Having the timestamp on recent posts on the forum index link directly to that post would be nice. (If I click on "A Moment Ago" it should go directly to that post)
 
This layout feels like it was designed primarily for mobile but idk if that's good or bad.
Edit: nvm my screen on desktop was just zoomed in too much.

On PC windows 10, I also found the same search this thread not working bug that @SkeletonBias420 found. At the time I was searching to see if my other problem has been reported, which is that when I try and set the forum view to wide it works, but looses the setting as soon as I load a new page.
 
If the browser window is about less than half of my screen then the notification bell goes out of the toolbar and I have to click on the left menu button. Thass jus tooo many clicks.
I also miss just being able to click on the watched threads tab at the top of the screen (though I would imagine that whole bar dealy is already on the way to being re-implimented).

Overall I don't mind the changes.
 
Looks like everything I was looking for is back, and while I'll just have to get used to the new mobile view, but I think the whole think looks great @Null. I don't know if I really thought about what it would look like after, but this is really growing on me.

Also, the text entry box doesn't seem like it's dedicated to acting possessed when I'm typing on mobile anymore.
 
Cause of the notification, landscape mode on chat only shows two posts at a time.
 
Using Brave on Windows 10.

You might want to bold or underline "already visited" thread links in a given forum's listing. The links look the same as the subtitles and it impacts readability.

When I go to certain pages, such as the Captain Marvel movie thread, parts of the site keep blinkering on and off.
 
Can you get rid of that thing that causes my window to scroll down to the bottom when a new message has been posted

i looked through the thread and couldnt find anyone with this issue. very sorry if I went too fast and missed where it was addressed. maybe a bug? on my "reactions given" page, the individual reactions dont display right. usually there's like half of another rating creeping in on the edges, or in the case of "agree", it's half split with a "like" (the old "like", no less) i'm using windows 10 and firefox 65.0.1.
