@Null Does XF2 make image embedding a lot easier for some people? I noticed on some threads while looking about that images weren't fully embedded sometimes, not sure if it's where they live or what internet they use that causes it.

I don't know what you're asking. Embedding images has always been as simple as ctrl+c ctrl+v. People who hotlink shit to this site are unbelievably fucking lazy and now that we have video embedding there's no excuse.

I need to make default image embedding thumbnail and video embedding block-level though.

So far, my favorite feature of this new software is that I can now click the little arrow thing quotes have without opening a new tab. Other than that, I feel this is going to be a huge eyesore for a few months for most users.

Probably a dumb question, but should XF2 be more resilent against DDOSing, maybe a little better? Since the response times seem much quicker.

and I really want to thank everyone who made this just about the fucking template when the purpose of this had nothing to do with designs. I didn't work for weeks because I fucking love Google's material design doc. but all people give a fuck about is where their buttons are and shit and they can't take 30 fucking seconds to read a thread to see what's already been complained about literally every single fucking page. you could click any single page between 1 and 22 and see people complaining about the reaction menu being faggy material javascript animations and not needed to post it again.

Null, would it be possible to eventually put a "jump to new" at the bottom of the page (next to the page number counter)?. Sometimes I leave a tab open for awhile and it would be handy to be able to click to the most recent post from there, rather than scroll back to the top.

If not thanks for everything you've done so far, it looks great and can't have been easy. Semper Fi.

So if I embed an audio file (like an .ogg) with the Insert Video button, it shows the browser player in the reply box, and I can actually listen to the file there, but when I post it, it's just a link to download the file.

EDIT: Oh, that reminds me: you can no longer post links that automatically send you to where it goes without the weird box setup, so I had to manually change it to what it was like yesteryear.

But really, I do see myself getting used to this new setup within the next week or two. If YouTube can make a bunch of rétarded changes to its UI, I'm sure you can, too.

It's kinda weird how I can't right click an image and get the save image/view image options in the context menu without clicking the image and viewing it in a lightbox thingie. But that's pretty minor and maybe not changeable. As long as things archive ok in the wayback machine, i'm honestly fine and lmao i can archive ratings on posts now, fun

Looks like it only works with videos and not audio.
