And before you say those are the only two that exist, he goes on to say that he created Barney forums, which accumulated quite a few fans and only exploded once YouTube became popular. So now you know.

I'm not watching 28 minutes of this, but it seems fairly innocuous from what I did see - he seems to be isolated to his own little subset of Youtube videos and his own fansite. He's certainly not screaming on imageboards about his obsession or wishing death upon people who disagree with him. Something I noticed is that he says he makes videos about Barney with his friends, so he has that over you. Friends, I mean.
