I feel like a jackass for crawling into this thread now since it seems like its on the verge of dying. But I want to ask you guys about Aaron Carter. He says Jackson did something inappropriate to him but we're going to have to wait til his book comes out to see what that was.

Anyone think what Aaron will say will be valid? Or is this a disgusting attempt at shilling his book? At first I thought Aaron is probably lying because at the start of this LN business he made a video wailing on Wade Robson. But over time I've begun to think that maybe, just maybe, people really do have repressed skeletons and are simply too scared to come forward. Maybe? I'm on the side of Jackson being innocent by the way but I don't want to be a cruel silencer of the truth if there is any truth to these allegations.

He's shilling his book.

Thats what I suspect. A really assholeish thing to do innit?

I think today the MJ estate is supposed to be sueing HBO. Or maybe that was yesturday. I don't know. They said they were going to sue HBO because they broke a contract or something.

HBO's lawyers are saying they are not liable because their contract with Reed has ended.

Now that this documentary is even more widely believed to be a bunch of absolute nonsense after a few hundred holes were poked in it, it's even more funny to read the first 20 or so pages where some posters are in hysterics and accusing everyone who didn't but it hook, line and sinker of being pedophiles.

I fault @Truthspeaker and @MirnaMinkoff for really being autistic on this thread in particular.

No one believes it’s absolute nonsense other than the people who have always defended MJ. The only reason this has “flared up” again is due to HBO asking for the nonsense lawsuit against them to be dismissed so the MJ estate PR machine was put back into gear.

You’re welcome. Weird, but adults that rape young boys just tend to irritate me. I’m sure this thread could have just been a celebration of how MJ was a total pussy hound and had the most pure and innocent love for boys 8-14 the world has ever seen had we not ruined the fun.

Bruh, it's not the fact that we wanna suck up to Wacko Jacko (though I do like his music), it's the fact that I prefer to have factual info over pure, baseless speculation.

You took the way of the Kavanaugh case, guilty before proven innocent, with this one.

There is enough circumstantial evidence for me to believe that something happened. Having the kids in his room overnight while their parents are elsewhere and that nude artbook of boys he had, the security system for his bedroom that wasn't present for other rooms. There could be innocent explanations, but it does raise a red flag to me. But, we're never going to know for sure what happened to who since the dude's dead.

The notion that Michael Jackson was an absolute perv who screwed up an unknowable number of children and the possibility that this documentary is a bullshit hatchet job perpetrated by opportunistic frauds are not mutually exclusive things.

Tell me about it. I think most of the dumb ratings I got was from this thread alone. I guess that's what I get for giving out the facts. :story:

Might be relevant to this discussion but Dave Chappelle came under fire with his latest comedy special, "Sticks and Stones". At one point he talked about MJ's accusers and stated that, "he didn't believe these motherfuckers." And of course some people got very upset with his remarks. They called him a "victim blamer" and chastised him for making jokes about child molestation.

Then you had these guys saying he isn't funny anymore and how people in the audience are "obviously uncomfortable" because of what he said. They go on to say how comedians should be mindful about their jokes and how it could hurt victims of abuse. I honestly despise these kinds of people, because it seems like to me they could give a fuck about abuse victims and are clearly pushing a narrative that Dave should be cancelled because his jokes offended some people.
I wonder what others thought about this video...

Damn, you’re still so invested in this shit. I couldn’t believe I kept getting alerts on this thread.

You must be so butthurt that Leaving Neverland won the Emmy for Best Documentary this year. Big old middle finger from Hollywood to the melty face pedo.

lol who the fuck cares about the emmies as a qualifier for anything; just becaue something is aesthetically well-made from a documentary perspective doesnt mean that the info is legit

I didn't even mention you at all. You clearly are more invested in this than I am, so much to the point you followed the thread for notifications. Funny how when I searched up which documentary won the Emmy this year, Leaving Neverland isn't even the first result nor its it mentioned in google results (hell I didn't even know it managed to win any awards which is extra hilarious). Our Planet is the first one that shows up for Outstanding Documentary or Nonfiction Series.

Gentlemen, please! Both of you are being autistic.

Ouch.
Lmao Chapelle has made it one of his trademark jokes that he blatantly favors black defendants over their victims. It is what it is.

I don't think that's quite true, he made fun of Jussie Smollett playing the victim card. As well as making jokes about R. Kelly's situation and saying how his antics make him look very guilty. And let's not forget about what he said about Bill Cosby.

"He rapes...but he saves people."
