For the record, I am in neither camp. Just very irritated by the defense dropping the ball hard and allowing Binger to wear down Kyle for no gain at all.
The Prosecutor is bullying a child. And doing so over pointless minutiae. The jury will be just as annoyed by this as we are. The case doesn’t hinge on some minute gotcha moment of a stray thought entering Kyle’s head. Or for him being someplace he had a legal right to be. The Prosecutions own witnesses characterized this as self defense. Binger can’t undo that by beating up Kyle.

Unless the defense actually objects, Binger is just going to keep hammering the same irrelevant questions for the rest of the year until he gets kyle to say something he can twist out of context. Putting Kyle on the stand was a *bad* idea- despite giving us the pleasure of seeing a judge scream at an attorney for being a scumbag.

Binger is just bullshitting. Nothing he's asking makes Kyle look like a murderer. The jury is probably bored.
Absolutely. They need to prove premeditation (amongst other things) to make a murder case stick and so far he's not even been close to anything resembling premeditation to kill someone.

All they do is a meandering mess of petty bullshit and nitpicking.

why are lefties always so politically correct about rape, unless it's prison rape in which case it's the funniest thing ever, and totally okay to joke about.

This guy talking is like deceiphering MovieBlob's tweets, I feel like I'm having a stroke.

I've served on a jury before and you do drift off pretty well and doodle and pretend to take notes, and don't remember shit until you hear an objection, this is the only thing I can see the defense trying to do.
Which makes me think defence is saving objections for when they start pressing him about the shootings. This is just grinding him down and tiring him out until they get to the important questions, where he is more likely to slip up or agree to things that Binger says.

>So you felt unsafe because the crowd
Yes, the crowd was starting fires
>So you felt unsafe because you were putting out fires as people were starting them
Yes
>Why did you take it upon yourself to put out these fires

What the fuck is this guy doing?
