Pretty much. He's not attracted to men or male features, but since he identifies as female that makes him 'lesbian', which means that some male features are female features, which means that being a lesbian obligates him to like dick.

I know he will probably do it, but surely this would be pretty much a guaranteed way of causing him to have the issue where the fecal matter comes out of the amhole.

This is largely answered by three things.
1) the process you're describing feels like shoving hard plastic into a fresh wound 2) it also takes an hour instead of 5 minutes in which you can do little else 3) they're worthless lazy troons who want to avoid any hard work or suffering.
