No joke, I spent about a week on and off trying to find the sponsorship tiers for past PBD cups but only found dead ends. So credit where it's due because he found the missing link proving the disparity on their tax filings. We could only speculate because we didn't have the exact amount for their sponsorship tiers before 2023 but now we don't have to find those (they would still be very helpful though). We now know that the tax filings only account for IndieLand's earnings and Jamie Lee Curtis' grants.

I also sifted (aka show transcript and ctrl+f ) through various IndieLand streams and found more clips showing Jirard being dishonest.

Long story short, her foundation donated 25,000 dollars to Open Hand in 2021. IndieLand earned about 111000 dollars that year (which is the amount while taking Tiltify's fees into account). In total, that's around 136,000 dollars. On their 2021 filings, they claimed to have earned $136,695 in revenue. However, they typically earn tens of thousands of dollars through the PBD convenience cup (funds that aren't being accounted for in their tax filings)

Using the 2023 sponsorship rates to speculate, in 2021 we have 2 diamond sponsorships, 1 platinum sponsorship, 6 gold sponsorships, 2 titanium/silver sponsorships, and 4 player sponsorships. That would equal to 2(8,000) + 7,500 + 6(6,500) + 2(3,000) + 4(750) which is equal to 71, 500 dollars. The point being that there is tens of thousands of dollars not being filed on their tax forms (before we couldn't 100 percent confirm this but this is a guarantee now that we know about Jamie Lee Curtis' grants. The only question now is the exact amount since we don't know the sponsor rates for the years before 2023)

I found Magdolene's Facebook and various pictures of her embracing Charles at his 65th birthday party. These are from September 2013, only a few months after Kaaren passed away.




Jirard and Jacque were also there and there's a comment by one of his acquaintances referring to Maggie as his "mom".



But as you mentioned, the earliest pics of them together are from 2011. Further adding to your findings, if you look at Charles' Twitter and go to his followers, you will notice that Maggie was one of the first people he followed (Twitter lists accounts followed in the order that the person followed them. Accounts that are followed first are listed at the bottom). Charles' Twitter was created on May 2011, so you can put two and two together.

A lot of people express disbelief about what Open Hand is doing because it was established in honor of Jirard's mom. However, that becomes a moot point when you take this and Jirard's childhood resentment towards him mom into account.

That’s why some sick fucks were able to get away with scummy shit for years before the guillotines came for them (ie PurpleKeckleon/GlitchedPuppet, Keffals, any random Zoosadist furry) because “only proof is KiwiFarms = Evidence disregarded”.

And with a case like this, there have to be some concessions made if you want a truly heinous criminal to get justice served to them.

It sucks, but that’s the stark reality of the internet and social media these days.
