The big one is the accusation of stealing corporate donor money. The IRS does NOT like that. Corporations write that shit off on their tax returns. Normal run of the mill charity scams stealing grandmas milk money might attract attention, but stealing coca-cola's charity donations will bring the glowies down on you quick.
