He was given many chances to go into rehab and clean up his act, hell, even Steve-O cleaned up his act. But he keeps fucking up and has livestreamed himself badmouthing them. At this point, he's a complete lolcow, he has his own thread.

I keep forgetting its not 1999 and feels like a kick to the nuts when seeing everyone aged. Knoxville look like he encountered a lich king.

Some of them look worse than their old man make up from back in the day. They really should've hired more new blood to work alongside them as a sort of passing the torch move if they wanted to rekindle the franchise and possibly make more sequels. I mean the youths in the trailer (while few) seem fine but they don't really seem to have as much charisma as the OGs, unless of course the OGs will be sticking with them for next film until they develop themselves more.

I was expecting this to look terrible but it honestly looks pretty good.
I wish he was involved seeing as he basically created it. Bam screwed Bam in the end though. I really hope he sobers up just enough to make his version of Jackass 4 like he said he would. You know it would be horrible but a real show.

No, this isn't why this movie is being made.
The appeal is not people getting hurt, it's these specific people getting hurt.
Nostalgia is the appeal.
This is the last one.
They want to get that last big paycheck, maybe individual ones will get a movie role or a Netflix series.
Knoxville wants to extend his Hollywood career probably, he has to go to China and make shitty comedies with Jackie Chan these days.

Confession: I saw Bam in person just before Jackass became popular. I was at a horror convention when I was 14 and Barbara Bouchette (who was in multiple Giallo's including Lucio Fulci's Don't Torture a Duckling) had a panel. And at the Q&A part this guy from the crowd goes "Can you say Malle?" She's like "Malle?" He's like "Yeah, there you go? From Don't Torture A Duckling!"
She never say's that in the movie. And the guy asking her, I recognized just a few months later, was Bam. I assume Bam and his crew were at this convention because the band Goblin was going to perform but it ended up being Daemonia instead.
