Is Kiwi Farms a Hateful Site? - Why I don't think so anymore.

KF is deemed a "wrongthink" site, and "hateful" can be one of the many SJW ways to say nonconformist.

That being said, there can be some rather unpleasant people on KF. Like that one "Couch Cuck" maniac.

I don't think so. At first the language here can be a shock for people who are used to the censored and passive agressive languge of today's social media. I was one of them, sure. The ones that post really hateful comments or trolling plans or whatever will be made fun of. In times where people think that their opinions are most valuable and that their lives should be shared 24/7, KF can be ego shattering in a good way. No one cares about your power leveling and it's nothing personal, just not relevant.
I've received some good advice here and learned a lot of things that otherwise I wouldn't find in other forums/social medias. There are wholesome and silly interactions too.

I wouldn't say that KF is hateful as much as it is resentful of the state of the world that we live in and the consequent people it produces.
Hateful? I don’t think so, bitter and resentful about the world has become? Certainly? One thing I do think is that there is a bit too much cynicism here and some people genuinely get ridiculously angry over trivial or smaller cows or issues that don’t matter, those people are given generally warnings or are ridiculed though correctly that they get booted of, but were not so much hateful as we are just cynical and somewhat mean.

Either way this site is a free space that he sui élu encourages free speech and says stuff that people are afraid to say in polite company, maybe there are some genuinely unpleasant and hateful people in some places but there is with any site. The farms just encourages you to have a good sense of humour and not take things too seriously. That’s how I see it.

It feels like one of the last holdouts of the old internet before social media, when everyone called each other faggot and sending people hidden links to shock porn sites was considered good manners. Everyone had fun and nobody shared personal information beyond anecdotes pertaining to the current topic. It was a pure and innocent time where being edgy was the norm and everyone was just a stranger on the internet.

KF is still like that, and we laugh at people who use the internet in its modern sense, because it inevitably ends in cringe.

I'd say it's more of an honesty site.

As for hating troons... I'm always on the fence as to whether I feel pity or hatred for a troon until I hear them speak. There are lots of people who've basically been indoctrinated into it from fifty different angles of activism, and I feel bad for them. Trans activists I hate, without exception.

This is really what I like about it. I am not trying to "long for the past" in any way just like having this place around where you can behave this way and not have a problem with saying nigger/faggot every now and again.

One thing that might make people think this is a hate site is the ironic edgelord racism. So let me be clear, calling a black person a nigger just because they're black is racist. Calling anybody who pisses you off a nigger just because they pissed you off? That's fucking hysterical. Nothing funnier than a white guy calling a white guy a nigger. Except maybe a black guy calling a white guy a nigger.

Honesty only equals hate if you allow so in your mind.
And a lot of people choose to do so.

A lot of people choose to hate this site for many reasons, but if you are ever introduced to this site, do not trust others' views about this site.
Muh raycism, twansphobia or whatever they excused, just, do not trust them.
Enjoy your stay in KiwiFarms, anyway! Also I hate trannies.

I wouldn't say Kiwi Farms itself is a hateful site, but it does allow genuinely hateful people to express their views a lot more freely than other sites.

I've spent a good amount of time on here over the years (mostly lurking), but I've been pleasantly surprised now and then at just how kind some of the folks on here can be.

There's a little something for everyone, really, and usually it only gets heated in the threads you'd expect it to (anything political) and occasionally there's a divide in a cow's . . . "fandom", for lack of a better term (like a disagreement over something theoretical/speculatory).

But, the site itself being "hateful"? Nah, tho there are users who have hateful opinions. It's just human nature, get enough of us together. I've seen a lot more hate on reddit, for sure.

There's very few people on here I genuinely hate. I may disagree with them politically or if someone's a cow or not, but at the end of the day I don't care and I just want to laugh at people who post their dirty laundry online.

Just because I'm politically incorrect doesn't mean I don't have a heart.

If this were a pure hate site, I would have never joined in.

There are edgelords here, but I like reading many of the regulars cut through the bullshit like butter.
