Can I keep him in my basement? I got a free coffin from a cemetery he can hang out in but I don't know if he'll get along with @OrionBalls or my free ducks from the park

@OrionBalls is definitely in danger considering Dracula is indeed a vampire and -contrary to popular belief- OrionBalls is actually a human and not a deceivingly adorable looking entity that apparently can and 100% will eat your bones and there's nothing you can do to stop it.
That said you could probably keep Dracula content with some free hobos or joggers(not the basketball american joggers mind you, but actual joggers) from the park. You could probably bond with him as well simply by showing him where the park is and tagging along for his food runs every now and then.

If he ever gets rowdy you could spill some rice and hopefully counting the grains will calm him. You could also use a pump to make a running water stream to form a time out corner, plus I'm sure the ducks would love that. Also technically a basement usually isn't counted in the square footage of the house so you could argue it isn't part of the home so he might need permission to go upstairs.

We do have plenty of free rice. The ducks like it for a snack. I just hope he doesn't also have to count the grains they consume should it be scattered....
