There is no free press in Canada, all the news outlets are on the government dole so they will only say what they're told to say. And my guess is that they were told to shut up about the manifesto probably because it's a mudslime shooter.
We all know if it was a white shooter, especially one triggered by Alberta separatism, then the new outlets would be screaming it from the rooftops. In modern Canada you can know more but what the government is not saying then what it is saying.
This is the only reason I have *slight* hesitation about the Albertachud angle (but only slight). If you're hiding behind cover, and are actively being shot at, and then someone runs at you, you are going to shoot them. You do realize that the only lesson that Montrealers take from Polytechnique is "males are bad, worship feminism"? Why do you expect Quebec police to be prepared for anything? Actually, the only people who point out how this area is VERY Jewish are well. the Jewish news outlets. The New York Times, CNN, and the Canadian ones don't mention it. They just say the name of the neighborhood.

Assuming there is no second shooter (there was an awful lot of random gunfire in the videos) this dude shot out some upper floor windows and sent some bullets down into the street. Then went downstairs. Walked past several people including the confused old guy in white. Before opening fire on the Cops? It does sound more like this was setup to ambush the cops. If it wasn't for the Alberta claim (how accurate is that) it would almost make you think of the good old days of the FLQ.
the only way this could be funnier/more Canadian is if an Indian Doordash guy wandered into the area and was immediately struck by a train out of nowhere.
