In order to ensure a continuous stream of replacements and reinforcements, the War Department was enacted selected conscription for single males, aged 25 to 30. If casualties mount, this may be lowered.

No and I honestly don't think many people would go.
Those who declared the war can go fight, I'm good.
I'll go hang out in prison with all the other cool people who refused to die for the military industrial complex.

Im really looking forward to the next great war because fighting age men in my country have never been less conscription material.
So yea i would get conscripted but only to enjoy the shitshow and i'd obviously just break my leg if the meat grinder called for me.

I can't imagine the literal hell that it would be being stuck in the Zoomers squad, getting arty shells on your ass all day because they can't keep themselves from updating their /WWIII subreddit.

but hypothetically if i were to get conscripted, i wouldn't go. id claim religious exceptions.
 
Dying in Israel side by side with a brave Indian soldier. Its both beautiful and poetic. I would go for that experience alone.
 
I'm waaaaaaaaaaay outside the conscription age range, but if some unforeseen catastrophe resulted in my demographic being conscripted - fuck it, why not. I've always wondered what it would be like to shoot at people
