My local grocery store is holding a big sale on several ice cream brands/flavors, so much that I’d love to take my first stab at making an ice cream cake. I’d love some recipes and recommendations from fellow Kiwi’s. I’m partial to anything involving chocolate.

I've made the Vanilla Cream and Fruit cake one, and I liked it a lot. Your mileage may vary though. Hope this helps you in your journey!
