I don't want to even call them environmental because they just exist so you throw existing working technology and consoom piece of shit tech that will need to be replaced in few years:
* A small fridge with an upper freezer is somehow less environmentally friendly than a massive fridge with a bottom freezer, despite basic physics.
* A 2 ton EV is more environmentally friendly than a 700kilo gas car.
* No right to repair classification despite throwing away being way worse than replacing a singular part.
* Local poultry is classified as more environmentally bad than importing Avocados from a different continent.

It's so corrupt and no one says anything.

I should be allowed to roll coal all day long, and I should also be allowed to drive heavy machinery on the roadways. Any company that adds that stop-start bullshit to vehicles should be publicly hung over a pit full of starving monkeys.

Over the past decade, a lot of what are commonly called "forever chemicals" have been phased out - blanket legislative bans on this stuff is pretty dumb however. Taking them out of non stick coatings is reasonable because you don't want that shit in your food or those vapors in your lungs and there's plenty alternatives that won't contaminate all kinds of shit (hello Dupont).

However, these same chemicals are used in the manufacturing of 3M membranes (the most well known example being Gore Tex) on a much smaller scale - so now that they're no longer in use and alternatives that are equally effective have yet to be found, these hardshell jackets are more likely to delaminate (the layers that create the system that keeps water out but lets vapor escape separating ) after a shorter time. This is in no way repairable, so that jacket in its entirety is now going straight into the trash, which I dare say isn't a particularly environmentally friendly solution either.

The way it is approached is completely backwards. Megacorporations get to dump toxic waste wherever they want, manufacture 10000000lbs of useless plastic garbage, use toxins that poison people and the environment, and burn countries' worth of energy doing useless shit. Meanwhile the average person gets told to live in a pod, stop having families, and stop eating meat.

Worked in Pharma manufacturing for a while. The 'safety' regulations are unreal. If page 64 of a 'infrastructure assessment' to move a microwave down the hall was signed in indigo ink instead of dark blue ink you had to redo the whole thing. The crazy thing is they are lobbied for by the companies themselves. Helps box smaller businesses out of the competition by making entry costs sky high. A lot of environmental shit is probably the same way.

tldr environmentalism is a watermelon: 🍉 green 🌱 on the outside, red 🇨🇳 on the inside.

But the thing about environmentalism, from “Silent Spring” 1962, to probably before that, environmentalism has always had the ingredients that appeal to globalists/socialists. It begins with the premise that American civilization is bad and how we are harming the world. That’s basically another new anti-imperialism scam. Everything the west does is wrong. And in order to right that wrong, they must pay reparations to the third world through weird UN agreements or international NGOs funneling tax money to said third world.

It also creates this whole “common good > individual rights” precedent. Do it for the planet! Give up rights, don’t question the $cienti$t$ we bribed to create data for us, attempting to cement this whole enlightened aristocrat class over the uneducated bums.

Sorry for the rant. Meh, you get the picture. It’s so many bad things rolled into one with a feel-good smiley face

Remember, politicians, CEOs, and celebreties will travel to climate crisis awareness events in their individual private jets.

And no need to guess then China and India don't give a fuck about these so-called environmental regulations.
They were basically given a free pass in the Paris agreement. Yet everywhere else is supposed to economically starve. This is why China won't be the 'new US'. The game has been rigged in their favour and they still keep fucking up their own shit.

Regulations, like anything from the government are thought up by an inferfernal machine of ruling class, corporate interest and yes-men pencil pushing. Same sort of reason your city probably spent bajillions in taxes planning and building a skatepark at the community center. And all the kids got is a flat concrete slab with a few pre-built metal ramps plopped down with no rhyme or reason. Most of the budget going into investigating the environmental impact, safety and inclusivity, bidding process, "engineering"...

My favourite was when they banned plastic shopping bags which me and just about everyone I know used to reuse until they eventually became garbage bags. Now I go buy a box of shopping bag sized one time use plastic bags to throw my garbage away instead. The price of those bags also jumped from like $4 a box to $10 a box around the same time. I'm sure it was totally unrelated.

It's all deeply unserious nonsense. Any tangible, achievable environmental solution is always shot down (like nuclear power) and instead impossible garbage ideas like solar and vertical farming are proposed, perpetually requiring VC funding, perpetually a decade away from implementation

Environmental regulations have always been a weapon to destroy White economies. This is why none of these regulations are forced onto non Whites. This is why nobody will talk about non White pollution. This is why they will make these burdensome and onerous for normal White people, then never enforce them onto the Jews and Jew loyalists at the top. Why do you think that your diesel engine chokes itself to death by using exhaust as its intake while the elites fly their private jets to the next city over? Why do you think you get to pay "environmental" surcharges on damn near everything, while China builds a new coal plant daily? What do you think the carbon footprint of all of the bombs we have dropped on Iran the last year or so amounts to? Nobody cares, because none of that is the target of these regulations.

It was an open secret at the wastewater facility that I worked at that any environmental fines levied against browns would be ignored while any against Whites were enforced. You could have a spic dump a 55 gallon barrel of used oil directly into the stormwater drains and nothing would happen, but a White dude whose employee poured some food grease down the drain would get slapped with a fine. I would bet that every other regulatory system functions exactly the same.

The environmental regulations have also contributed to Hawaii being a shitty ass state. They have sky-high energy costs because of their insistence on going "100% renewable", and even their attempts to build wind farms has gotten rightful pushback from residents in the North Shore. They also refuse to expand Geothermal operations, despite Hawaii being one the few locations where it is viable, and nuclear power is never an option for them. It also played a part in killing the Superferry, as well as making Hawaii very anti-industry in general.

The scourge of Chinese EVs also makes it so people think that they're worth it, even if the batteries die in only 5 years, you have to wait months or even years for a simple replacement part, and even if it catches fire and burns out property and burns the inside car occupants to death because they can't get out of the burning Chinese BBQ.

It's the result of bureaucracy fused with autism and sprinkled with unwarranted moral superiority and industry self-interest.
  • Identify a legitimate problem (air pollution causes respuratory problems)
  • Bureaucracy addresses that problem with air quality rules that must be monitored and enforced
  • Autism makes the rules incredibly narrow. Each rule appears rational on its own but together the system of rules is insane and counterproductive
  • Moral superiority prevents any one actor from questioning the outcome (what, do you hate the environment? Do you want people to die?) and leads to racially discriminatory enforcement (settler colonial cisheteropatriarchal white supremacy caused the climate crisis, bigot)
  • Industry self-interest keeps the rules in place as a barrier to entry. They bear compliance costs but benefit even more from less competition
Subgame perfect. No actor has an incentive to change what they're doing.

The banning of plastic straws was unnecessary when reusable plastic straws existed.
I want to mention this and this is absolutely unreal. I just stopped ordering drinks from restaurants from that point on.

Remember that the UN solution to pollution and climate change in Agenda 21 is essentially "Section 8 self sustaining communes surrounded by Pristine Wilderness". Likely with Jeet or Arab commune leaders too.

Also you can apply this to EVERY SINGLE THING the Jews spread to utterly destroy humanity since Communism.
