They aren't getting a direct hit but the western eyewall is going to hit, and they are expecting 100 MPH sustained, and to treat it like a tornado alert. They are telling people in the city to move to the center of their house or take shelter in their bathrooms with mattresses over them.

Camera in Horseshoe beach on a 15 foot light pole is getting overflowed by waves.

NWS Jacksonville has lost power, alongside power for the KJAX and KVAX radars, which creates a near-complete radar-hole near Jacksonville, FL.
NWS New Orleans is taking over of their warnings instead of NWS Tallahassee, because they also anticipate to lose power alongside the KTLH radar.
