Such a shame this occurred before bodycams became prominent. What I would give to watch da Ralphamale's effeminate, drunken swing at the policewoman who was certainly towering over him. The only videos I'd want more are of being forcibly escorted off the plane to Italy and Porchago 1. At least we got a slight taste with Porchago 2, but what happened to him was so much more tame in comparison.
While welfare and gibs run thick with da Ralphabloodline, the only reason I wouldn't think he's receiving benefits is he's lazy as fuck. Under his own name at least. Ralph receiving welfare/gibs/benefits under Sandra, Ronnie, or Evan makes sense for the sole fact Ralph would have started collecting those with minimal effort. Hell, if Dead Sandra had everything flowing through her PayPal, the only thing Ralph would have to do is not inform the various government entities.

Cartels have what they call Dixie cups they are disposable transporters. They are people they employ who are tasked with delivery of loads that if they are clipped they are considered the cost of doing business. They cannot offer much to turn states evidence. If they succeed then its a win.
