You know I realized why they didn't just make a main series about the Tulsa Race Riot: The event started because of a false rape accusation. And the result was that the mob tried to dispense their own brand of justice on the accused instead of taking a wait and see approach. Gee I wonder why that sounds so familiar?

I hope the show brings up this little bit of trivia. The intersectionalists' peanut sized brains will explode attempting to reconcile white people are evil with BELIEVE ALL WAHMEN

The false accusation bit of the story is what has always stuck with me. Its a major part of why I support movements like Istandwithvic and have an absolute hatred for cancel culture. Because I know how devastating false accusations and mob mentality can be

Okay best episode by far.

Jeremy Irons is having way too much fun. Jean Smart is the best character in my opinion. Just make them the main characters and kill everyone else.
Also so many nods to the comic this episode. Call it Easter Egg: The Episode.

Also people are mad because Jeremy Irons' bitch/lover/punching bag/test subject/servant was on Sleepy Hollow and had a beard and people are extremely upset about it....

"Toxic?" Didn't he lose his mooring to humanity and reality as he started to change after the accident, and that's why they grew apart?

As for "toxic" relationships, Sally Jupiter was fucking raped by the Comedian and then later had a child with him, so Watchmen (the real thing this lame show is ripping off/besmirching) doesn't have a problem with complicated adult relationships.

He realized he was just using her because he got old with his wife because he was immortal and she grew old. But he really was no longer interested in her.

she was looking for a "Daddy" but wasn't self aware so when an actual adult relationship happened she jumped on it. ((and due to his loss of humanity Dr m approved))

Since this is after Watchmen, and Dr. Manhattan left, and Vietnam is a US state, wouldn't it be fitting to make an entire story arc about Vietnamese trying to make their country independent once more with the help of neighboring Asian countries and Russia?

That actually is a (very small) aspect of the show, there's a Vietnam Independence movement like the Puerto Rican Independence movement. The show's still not particularly good, though.
 
So far the only thing this has going for it is Irons wore the comics accurate duds for Ozy ( briefly )
 
Ok Vietnam would never be turned into a state.

...it would be turned into 2 or 3 states because it would have too many EVs otherwise and everyone would pander to it trying to win elections.

It's funny that they think we get upset over stuff like this rather than just scratching our heads and asking "why?"

I'm not upset over the idea of an older lady boinking herself with a giant dildo, but it seems like kind of an odd thing to showcase in your TV show, right?
