Come Monday, as I expected, it appears that Democrats and liberal figures broadly are looking the other way in regard to Hasan's weekend antics with the College Democrats, but it has gotten notice on Twitter and conservative media, the Mao suit especially finally getting recognition. It seems, then, that Hasan spent much of yesterday coping over this in response, of course doubling down on everything including the suit and his general adoration of Mao in his weaselly language. I just did a little more research, though. With a simple, unrefined search on the Hasanalyzer (this is a very helpful upgrade in my research of VODs, @I mean I'm just saying thank you), I was quickly able to find many other instances of Hasan using the "liar" line particularly in regard to his simping for terrorists over the past year. But it appears to me that he may have first been made aware of it in June of last year when someone in his chat used it as a joke after Hasan misremembered whether a critic he was thinking about had previously called him a liar. Hasan had such a big joyous reaction to this moment that it may have been what got him to take on using the line since, including in the College Democrats speech.

Likely many factors in effect regarding Hasan's particular tremendous love of Communist China:
Hasan's foremost creed is "America bad", thereby making every geopolitical adversary good, China being the biggest one.
Hasan would simp for Russia, but the Ukraine War has made hawkish anti-Russia sentiment so dominant in Leftwing American politics that Hasan has generally kept quiet about it for the sake of his political and streaming career. You can expect a similar "reversal" from Hasan if China actually invades Taiwan.

I think he's often a "does it for free" type in regard to the radical positions he takes, but at the very least, I'm certain that his recent China trip was largely planned out and covered by the CCP, similar to how Hasan revealed before that he was in direct contact with the Cuban government to do a propaganda tour (a cancelled one that's different from his Cuba trip earlier this year). Hasan just said in the first video above that his Mao suit was tailored for him by the very family that invented the style. Do you think he thought of this idea, found this exact Chinese family business, and commissioned the suit with them on his own? Or is it more likely that the CCP offered this service to him and maybe paid for the suit too? Hasan did previously make an excuse for his luxury clothes by claiming that some of them are gifts, presenting the possibility that he's paid off in ways that aren't necessarily monetarily.
