Pretty much any of the old Disney Originals, especially Halloweentown. I also am fond of Scooby Doo and the Ghoul School.

What other shows had really good Halloween episodes? I can't recall any... other than the Ren and Stimpy one, arguably.

I hardly play TF2 as often but I always come back in time for Scream Fortress. Unfortunately, last year's was incredibly disappointing as they didn't introduce anything new.
