Tzatziki is pretty inoffensive, what's your major gripe with it?

Too tart/thick/chalky. While I like yoghurt in general, I've never cared for for Greek yoghurt. I don't mind cucumbers either, nor dill, nor lemon.

I doesn't make sense to me, which is why I keep trying it every once in a while.

Could try what we use for donairs, the lovechild of doners and gyros, up here in Canuckistan and make some sweet sauce. If I remember correctly, it's just condensed milk, vinegar and garlic powder, but please please follow a recipe for the quantities.

There’s a simple fix: substitute mayo.

You can get sauces for gyros that aren't fucking mayonnaise.
