What are you playing it on? I bought the PC version recently, having originally beat it on PS3. I suspect there may be issues with the port.

the shops are menus to access the customization, i don't know why you're hung up on this distinction.

It was pretty bad until the community fixed it.
With the FusionFix path it now has same or better visuals with no frame cap

Notice the engraved numbers on both revolvers. Bottom one is 291002, that’s Vice City’s release date. 29th of October 2002. Top one is 311006, that’s Vice City Stories’ release date. 31st of October 2006.

Also, notice the scope too. VCS had a scope in its revolver. Jason was in the Army as Vic Vance was too. Very clever.

This was probably one of the most disappointing things to come out of Online for me. Between Johnny and Franklin both going back to awful women after seemingly moving on, you can't fucking trust an ending to a GTA game

I just feel the "hired gun" stuff is overdone at this point, let us go full gangster fantasy mode and build up an entire criminal empire and take over a region. We should be assaulting rival organization's strongholds with your crew, not tailing niggas for hours while people yap. GTA V bringing heist movie stuff was great but there wasn't enough of that in it IMO.
