What are you playing it on? I bought the PC version recently, having originally beat it on PS3. I suspect there may be issues with the port.

Funnily enough I'm playing it on a PS3, the PC port apparently was snottily done or so I've gathered from cultural osmosis

it's actually about how the hood sucks and people would die for a street corner instead of making anything with their life

the shops are menus to access the customization, i don't know why you're hung up on this distinction.

can you explain how you're SURE that these customization options are INTEGRAL to the game? are you holding a leaked copy no one else is aware of? just admit you're speculating. being cynical doesn't make you right.
