How to Cook That a.k.a Ann Reardon is a professional cake chef, but I like to call her the Nice Australian Content Cop lady, where she exposes content farms that have 200 channels that post the same video over and over again. She also exposes these channels for their fake science tips and dangerous content, where most notably, a girl has attempted to do some DIY and died from an explosion in her face.
Check her out.

Shut up, woman.

I haven't read everything here yet so excuse me if I post someone who's already been posted.

Rob Gavagan, though he doesn't make as much currently, pulls off both comedy and horror very well. His sponsorship ads are the only ones I don't skip because he actually makes me want to watch them due to his delivery. It's especially jarring to watch a horror video with an ad because the ads are typically in his comedic style and he'll go from being all serious discussing horror to joking around during the ad and back...but it works somehow. He hasn't been super active online lately and I miss his content, but hopefully this is temporary.

MistaGG gives amazing commentary on stuff. He's usually really funny, but has times where he will be serious when appropriate. His Predator Chronicles series was moved to his second channel and is definitely worth a watch (and is somewhat what he's known for). I don't really know how to describe what makes him stand out to me. He's got a good presence on camera. His delivery is solid. And he's good at little quips. It's not just the mic drop moments that make him stand out, it's the little snipes he'll make that can almost go unnoticed due to how fast they happen.

How did you get your mitts on an unlisted video? Are there more?
Found the link to that one through a comment. I'm sure they have more unlisted videos because SL players go ballistic over slights on their stupid game, but I don't have links to any.

Five Romeo Romeo, he's an old ex-Rhodesian soldier who tells stories about the war he was in & his country in general. He's probably one of the last living people to be genuinely brought up in the Victorian English worldview and still mostly sticks with it, and is effectively a living time capsule. I find it refreshing to have a source like this rather than the steampunk hipster caricatures that typically represent that culture.

If Jlongbone hasn't been suggested yet I guess that's my contribution. She usually reviews tv shows, movies or comic books that are painfully stupid and/or is riddled with SJW tropes. Lately she's been reviewing the Batwoman episodes and wishing for death.

I'm currently sucked into watching Anton Koen on YouTube. He either owns or works for (not sure which) a private security firm just outside of Johannesburg that specialises in tracking cars that have been stolen or carjacked. There are a lot of ads at the start and the end of this video, as the company uses Anton's videos to promote their services, so I guess the videos are working for them.

Anton does his job in a VW Golf R 7.5... idk if those are sold in the US (I think you guys just have the Rabbit GTI), but these things go like stink and make an incredible noise.

That said, some of the best videos don't have Anton and his Golf R in them. This chase started in Joburg and ended about 100 miles in the countryside.

SA dashcam videos make Russian dashcam videos look pissweak IMHO.

Trey the explainer is good if you're into learning paleontology, Biology, and history. Turin for Total war commentaries usually does shitpost for his thumbnails. I forgot to bring up Shadversity.
Trey the Explainer gets butthurt if you mention that all of the cool and popular dinosaurs like T-Rex never had feathers.

Aging Wheels, a funny and likeable guy with a love for unusual and bad cars, and his adventures. I'm not even a car guy and I was glued to his rebuilding of Trabant engine etc. Also has a side channel with his carpentry stuff. No politics, just passion and good time.

Civvie11 was a YouTuber I discovered relatively recently. He has a thread on here and it is mostly positive, which is rare. He does easily the best Let's Play of Postal 2 on the Internet.
My elevator pitch is:
Imagine if Mr Plinkett from RLM played old obscure boomer shooters.

Cinema Cartography is another one I just discovered. It's a lot of movie snob analysis of movies as art. It's very in depth in both analyzing theories and the mechanics of crafting a scene. It goes well beyond the surface level analysis a hack like MatPat would look at. Although, he makes videos for 8 year olds so different audiences I guess.

Babish is a professional cook who makes real versions of fictional foods

This dude makes bachelor chow from Futurama. It looks disgusting but he uses high quality ingredients and it was probably delicious.
