Oba winning King of the Ring clean with no bullshit attached was the right way to go. Jey being in the final was just to have people worried something would happen.

IYO is the Queen of the Ring. Liv being cursed by Danhausen before the match was kind of lame, it gave away the result since WWE is treating his curses being real. Good match, though. And IYO challenges Liv for SummerSlam, where I'm guessing IYO wins thanks to Raquel/Roxanne finally turning on Liv.
