What a shame; Dungeons of Dredmore is just awesome.I just found out an indie game company I like, Gaslamp Games, supports Zoe Quinn's side and one of their devs has a tendency to go SJW on twitter apparently. I'm sad.![]()

Sometimes you have to make a sacrifice to make a point, though.
I mentioned earlier it's very unlikely these devs actually watch Anita's videos and actually know the whole story related to Zoe.I just found out an indie game company I like, Gaslamp Games, supports Zoe Quinn's side and one of their devs has a tendency to go SJW on twitter apparently. More than likely their P/R person has just read about this and thought "hey I think women should have more representation. Why are these people harassing this poor defenseless woman". Like Thunderf00t posted a very good video on how much of a hypocrite Joss Whedon is for supporting Anita. And the only real explanation for his support of her is out of ignorance.
So, what exactly does Gamergate have to do with Destiny being a mish-mash of Borderlands and Halo?We Apologize – An Open Letter to Bungie from Gamers Enjoying Destiny
Dear Bungie,
On behalf of the entire team here at ++Good Games, we apologize for the way the Destiny reviews have been handled in by the gaming press this week.
Destiny walked into its own personal firestorm in the wake of the “#Gamergate” controversy which had put the ethics of video game journalism under a magnifying glass. Bungie’s title was the first major release since the “games journalism boil” ruptured and it appears in an attempt to secure the mindshare of gamers out there, Destiny was dragged across the coals for no other reason (from our perspective) other than a distraction from the news of what goes on behind the curtain.

Zoe at one point said she couldn't wait for Destiny to come out because people would forget about Gamergate. It was sorta her insulting people who didn't like her for short attention spans. So, what exactly does Gamergate have to do with Destiny being a mish-mash of Borderlands and Halo?
So /v/ started to ban #GG threads and folks even trying to ask why they're banned. So many theories, from SJW False flag to m00t selling out and drinking the kool-aid. It's a clusterfuck. A lot of people went to 8chan to continue discussions.
I heard the official reason was because the threads were clogging up the boards.4chan allows gore porn and pictures of dead bodies...but GamerGate is too much for them...
Apparently the official reason is closer to "This isn't video games"I heard the official reason was because the threads were clogging up the boards.
It was a rhetorical question, but I didn't know about the Quinn statement, so thanks!Zoe at one point said she couldn't wait for Destiny to come out because people would forget about Gamergate. It was sorta her insulting people who didn't like her for short attention spans.
I'm assuming this person thought that the game got negative ratings because of that.
Seems to me that Z Quinn is stoking the flames herself. You don't write an article on Cracked.com about a shitstorm unless you want to bring even more people into the shitstorm.
Ill stay out of it personally. Neckbeards and SJWs have it at some more.
At the risk of sounding like a prick, I can kind of see where Moot's coming from on this, even if I don't really agree with it. Moot's just trying to look out for his *chan, and as an oldfag old enough to remember the original raid and loli bans, I can understand this frame of thinking. The original raid bans and loli bans happened to protect 4chan from retaliatory legal/civic action, and to thwart pedophiles, who had taken to posting CP on /b/. He should have posted this way earlier, mind you, instead of letting the hypothetical madness train board at the station and taking everyone involved for a trip around Crazytown, but then, I don't know what the hell he's been up to the last few days, and I've had my power out for the better part of a day.

They didn't raid anyone though, nor did they post personal info.
