Ok, sperging but... Dorne in the book is very diverse skin color wise. They have a lot of different people from different origins who live there. Even on the show, Arthur Dayne, who is a Dornishman, is white.
I like Dorne mainly for the freedom they've been able to keep, and the fact that illegitimate children aren't ostracized as they are in the rest of Westeros. Show Ellaria is just as bad as Cersei, and no one likes the Sand Snakes on the show. If there are people who like Dorne solely because they are WOC in power, they should just read the books and see that they are so much better, much more human, and given way more personality and intelligence. And they would flip if they found out Arianne wasn't on the show....

Yes they range from blond and blue eyed to north-African brown in the books. The reeing about Dornish skin color was just hilarious and led to 4chan's /tv/ adopting the "Whitest man in Argentina" meme for them and it was fun.

Show watchers don't know. House Dayne is in Dorne and they have characteristics similar to Targs. Then you go a little further south and they're like north Africans. The show just depicts them all as either arab or black. In the end who gives a shit, that storyline was as pointless and boring in the books as it was in the show. Hell the show wasted, what, four episodes on it, and they didn't even have Gerold.

Besides the Wildling lady from Hardholm, no noteworthy characters have been killed by wights yet. I have heard there were member of the Night's Watch among the army, but I'm not autistic enough to check.
Also Benjen, kinda. And Dany's dragon.

One of the things I like about Lyanna is she actually confers with her advisors in her first episode, like an actual leader. Like she still is not an instant expert at leadership, she’s new to it, she’s intelligent, confident, but she will ask for help.
