When LegalSydePhil comes out, I always get a good chuckle. During the presentation of GDC of God Of War, Sony used Phil's gameplay to show their UX and UI to other dev's. Phil found this out and immediately went "Uh, that's illegal." All while saying that because they didn't SPECIFICALLY ask him to use this khantent, because that gameplay and his stream was monetized, it didn't fall under "fair use", however in the SAME breath, he explains fair use that it has to be "transformative" which what Sony was doing. So, Phil being Phil, he was wrong. However, he's SO damn head-strong and overconfident in his cognitive belief's, it borders on scary.

This bit is a candidate for all times top 50. If you had to put a compilation together "explaining" Phil this should be in it.

I think LegalSydePhil is my favourite Phil. It highlights his complete lack of intelligence whle being supremely overconfident of just how smart he thinks he is, better than most other sides of Phil....Dr.Phil is a close second.

He seems to keep equating that having a vested interest in fictional characters is the exact same as being interested in a real life women. This reminds me of his strange behaviour of always having to make his personal avatar across games or whatever also look like a carbon copy of himself, and when given the opportunity he'll never not make it look like him.
