Are we sure that's the suspect? Both female cops are getting into the Ambulance with their service weapons on their hips. That's not SOP for a violent suspect. Any cops going in the Ambulance normally hand off their weapons to a following cop. Because you don't want unsecured guns in the confined space of an ambulance. Granted on some occasions I have had them ask me to secure their guns in the locked drug cabinet. But it's almost always they give it to the following officer. Because somebody will need to go pick them up from the hospital.
The 2 women also seems weird. That's a big fit looking Viking type dude. For this kind of suspect the Cops generally send the biggest burliest "I will fuck you up with my left pinky" officers they have.
Also the patients right arm appears to be straight at his side. Not cuffed. I'm not saying it's not the suspect. I'm just saying I have questions. I've done the wounded violent fellon dance a few times. And this might not be it.

The fact this almost happened twice at my college but the cops were lucky to stop them is starting to say something to me. Either they were failing hard and decided to go out or just some stupid personal grudges.
