I had Windows Defender whine about it, but it seems fine. Think it's just them freaking out over an unfamiliar .exe.
It's Freddy in Space 3, if anybody's wondering. Somebody was having some laughs, with stuff like "NSFW Island", "Merch Cemetery", and "Meme Cavern" as levels.

Scott knows his audience, and he knows what sells. Let's not forget Roxanne Wolf was his idea and we all know how well that worked.

I wonder if Scott himself goes to the literal equivalent of hell (fnaf fanbase) every so often to watch whatever sick maquination the fanbase concocted or it's his legal team that searches for that shit and gives him runs down on what infringes his brand and he just decides to do nothing out of lack of greed or pure malice to everyone else.

Markiplier recently said in a stream that he won't be part of the fnaf movie

He explains that it was indeed planned for a appearance to happen but couldn't because of scheduling conflicts between the the fnaf film and his own movie Iron Lung

Movie is released earlier where I am, so I've just seen it. Review is spoiler free but putting it under a spoiler in case you don't wanna see anything to do with it.
Decent 6/10, kinda the definition of mid. Like, it's a faithful adaption with no wacky bullshit, but a lot of the interesting stuff could have been more interesting if they'd bothered. A good number of references for fans to soyface over. Egregious YouTuber cameos kept to a surprising minimum, just the one in the trailer and the one you probably expect. Practical effects look pretty good, and I'm glad they went with them. Gore and shit is about in line with the games, which a bunch of critics got uppity about for some reason. Would def recommend to fans, but probably not to someone new to the series, which is about what I expected

There are a couple with the cupcake, when it gets made to jump at people. There are probably more but those are the only ones that stood out. Most of the time when something is beyond the practical effects they'll cut away so it isn't shown (e.g. Foxy running at people is shown from his POV)

why was matpat in the film
anyways i liked how concise it was, though the scene where the girl is dancing with the robots felt out-of-place
i wouldnt have acknowledged how the robots are possessed so quickly because it made them seem less eerie
afton was played well and not like a total edgelord like how the games and everything else portray him as but the one-liner was so forced

it has humor when appropriate but largely takes itself seriously
which made it really jarring when the film bluntly says "the robots are alive" and shows them moving around really cheesily while it had built them up as like an unseen force (it never directly showed them killing anyone, just closeups of people and a robot's shadow or something)
