Like lets be for-real here

does the date she died line up after Jet and Abi had the infamous stream in Miami?
Using this date
No. The night before she killed herself because I assume the 12th was when she was pronounced dead.

That time was when Angie and Laura were fucking up Beds.

Weird seeing the exterior of the house. Looks like they are right outside the Dorm / Goo Wrestling rink.

Ver archivo adjunto 8992711

As expected, they are doing terrible.
Girls get it done!

Ver archivo adjunto 8992714

Neither knows how to properly swing an axe. Angie already almost amputated one of her legs.

"Something about how you're doing it isn't correct" Well yea, the stance, the way they're holding the axe, the way they aren't sliding their grip for momentum mid-swing.
They should be wearing much more protective gear for this, they're gonna lose a toe.

Jet has ended the BED SMASHING, citing likelihood of noise complaints.
Probably true, but it's more likely he was saving them from seriously injuring themselves.

And Jet was showing off his Bloodgames FPS and why he really needed people to stay subscribed to fund it.

About the Bloodgames FPS they have been working on.

FHUB on X Jet demoed the Bloodgames Looter Shooter FPS.mp4
X Discussing anti-cheat detecting discord.exe. Dismisses people using Discord in a browser as a simple workaround.

FHUB on X The state of the long awaited Vampire Bloodgames Looter Shooter.mp4
X A look at the game

FHUB on X Can t wait for this game in 5 years so hyped.X.mp4
X It stands out to me that props being uniform would even be worth talking about, a bit alarming. Jet is not the dev though.

I can't say I expected anything about this to be good. Just looks like nothing so far though.

Edit: I'm retarded, it would have been after they came back from Miami, misread the question. It would have been about two weeks after the Abi Stream.

do you really think that Jet's influence was beneficial for her?
The Sister said that being on Fishtank was some kind of peak experience for her, then dating Jet is most likely her holding on to that experience. I don't think Jet did anything right in all of this. But for him the bad part is using broken people selfishly. Weather Jet helped or hurt her chance of killing herself is impossible to discern. It just seems like Ellie had a lot of old old trauma she couldn't handle. It is why she was on Fishtank at all, and I don't think Fishtank is to blame in any major way for the ultimate outcome.

Her sister also posted 64 days ago to /r/suicidebereavement, it gives some more context around everything. I attached screenshots of the post.

Sad.

ETA: Ellie’s sister has since deleted this post.

I hope Ellie finds peace. She seemed like a sweet girl all things considered.
I'm sorry the people who were meant to protect her failed her.

I don't know a lot about Ellie's story outside the tank as I don't religiously follow the thread during off-season. But it seems the only avenue for real support this girl had was her sister and she failed her, right along with her parents.

She likely knows most if not all of the bullshit that Ellie experienced growing up. A girl her age trying to parse that trauma would have struggled. She knew Ellie had been suicidal since she was young, she knew Ellie had what was clearly chronic depressed but states there was no mental illness diagnosed. Are you fucking serious? Do you need a doctor to tell you your sister is having a hard enough time that you need to do something about it instead of popping out more kids?

And what did the sister do with this information, likely having lived through some of this bullshit herself at a younger age? Nothing. Or at the very least not enough.

She knew Ellie enjoyed physical affection and her sister, probably due to trauma of her own, could not afford that to Ellie. No compromise, no hand holding at minimum, no alternative ways in which to shower this girl with the affection she was clearly in desperate need of. Because she was a goddamned child who lacked loving parents and a solid home.

The sister told her to do the dishes at 10pm and didn't check in to say goodnight, likely swamped with having to care for three children of her own. Even still, she took on the responsibility of caring for Ellie. Perhaps I'm expecting too much from a guardian who allowed a 19 year old girl to appear on Fish Tank and didn't once pull a 'family emergency' call to get her out.

Ellie was the first one to suggest medical intervention. She was looking for a diagnosis and I honestly believe she probably wanted the label as a safety net more than the medication. "You're not crazy, you're not imagining things, you do have problems and there is a way to fix them. It's not just endless noise in your mind, it's not that you're weird and broken for no reason. There is a path to getting over this pain, there is a way to get through this." She wanted reassurance that acknowledged her pain, her trauma, her suffering. Probably because she felt she could not do that with her sister: she took Ellie in, she likely saw herself as a burden, she probably knew her sister had pain she carried as well. And what do some children do in that situation? They tuck their own pain under the bed and smile big and bright for the adults and say everything's fine, don't worry about me!

SSRIs are topical here, I know, but a psychiatrist's job is diagnosis and prescription. They are not therapists or psychologists. You get in, explain your symptoms, get your prescription, and get out. If she could clearly explain her mental problems, it would be easy to tell what she needed. While I do not champion SSRIs, what their purpose should be is to try and help clear some of the noise in one's mind so that the patient has the ability to function on a base level from day to day. It should be a tool, not a crutch. This is to allow them to course correct and find stability that can then allow them to be weened off the medication. The bad thoughts remain, yes, because this is literally how the patient feels regardless. It's just not heightened to a crescendo every second of the day.

If she felt 'numb' and 'indifferent', a trip should have been taken to the psychiatrist to lessen her dosage or even take her off the medication entirely. Steps should have been taken to address the core of the issues, not just bandage them up and leave it all to fester beneath the surface. The goal shouldn't be hollowing out a person of their emotions, it's to quiet the storm enough to allow one the ability to focus on other thoughts, other feelings, to give some leeway so the patient can gradually take back their life.

How scared are you really if hearing a 18-19 year old girl say she feels horrific but at least she doesn't cry doesn't immediately send you into 'what the fuck, let's sort this shit out' mode? If after roughly a year things have not gotten better, why was there no push to change? The situation at home likely did not change, her relationships did not change, nothing shifted. She was thrown right back into the thick of things with a pack of pills and told to deal with it on her own, again.

"She left me nothing. [...] I think that hurts most of all." Considering recent discussion, it's possible this wasn't even intentional and Ellie was trying a test run. But fuck you. A lot of grief and mourns centres around the self, yes, but how can the fact that your sister didn't say bye or console you on her suicide bed hurt more than the fact she was fucking gone?

There was a post earlier stating that Ellie was an adult that made an adult decision. She was 19. A broken, lost 19 year old girl. She did not know better and she felt like there would never be better. No one helped her see that there was more to life than the ache she felt inside her, the same ache she had been carrying for all of her life. No one truly helped her.

So many figures failed her. So many. I'm not here to gunt guard Jet; if he fucked her he absolutely added to the pile of shit she was suffering through, but he was one of the last adults in this conga-line and even falling into his clutches was a failure of the adults that were in her life before him. Going onto Fishtank itself probably didn't help either, though I can see how she may have found some happiness over getting to be on the show itself.

This shit is bigger than Jet. Her life and her struggles were more than just her stint on Fishtank. It feels sick to reduce all of her suffering to just this show. Her life was more, and should have continued to be more, than just that. Jet does not deserve to be deified in her story.

While I'm sorry for the sister's loss I truly do believe she's doing her sister a continued disservice in death to openly and repeatedly claim no one is to blame for this. But this is often the case with suicides that occur when the victim is this young; those tasked with caring for them cannot or refuse to see their hand in things. If anyone does eventually get blamed, it's the doctor or the last boyfriend or one of the branches she hit in life. Never the people that watched passively as her seed of trauma grew and grew until it consumed her whole person while they never did anything to dig it out.

he's just selfish junkie nigger that happens to be white, whatever he does will have bad influence on other people and these deaths will keep happening

not fucking suicidal ethots is like a personal hell realm for these freaks
My only wish is for Jet to eventually turn into Andy Dick.

if fishtank actually has a chance of succeeding past being a internet weirdo show, they seriously need to hire actual production staff and not just wiggers and yes men that let mentally ill people on the show
If they stopped letting mentally ill people on the show, the show wouldn't be any good.

She had nothing bad to say about him
maybe it was because she was literally mentally sick? what the fuck?
if you think jet is a kewl hecking based chonker you're wrong - he is evil. plain and simple, he's an evil person, he's not bringing anything positive to the world, just more pain, hurt and misery
just look at his family, physique and people he surrounds himself with

This is the type of post that ruffles my feathers, I'm sorry.
I think it's fair to say that Gigi failed Ellie for what we can see. I agree with the points you make. But what's the need of being cruel? I get that this story makes you sad, angry, etc... whatever you're feeling for an Internet stranger, don't you think that Gigi is feeling it x1000 times stronger?
At no point does Gigi say that Ellie not leaving a message hurts more than her passing, because only an obtuse person with malice would separate those two things.

In this thread there's a lot of know-it-alls that are quick to judge people's characters because no one knows anything about them. All I want to say is: don't be a Meiwaku

Personal TMI and hit me with scanners
but I had a cousin commit suicide by gun when I was in high school and his suicide note he left to his parents and our extended family said nothing except "Watch Life of Brian and you'll know why I did it." And that note has fucked his parents heads for the next 20+ years because they can't fathom what scenario in the movie led to his decision. I avoided the movie for a long long time until I sat down in an attempt to dissect it for motive and it ended up becoming one of my favorite movies(I took Latin in high school and the scene where the Roman Centurian forces Brian to conjugate his "Romans go home" graffiti in Latin correctly and then write it a thousand times absolutely broke me, he sounded like my female latin teacher). I also have no real idea of what spurred him to do it, besides maybe the ending showtune "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life" which they sing at the end while they're being crucified by the Romans. I suspect he sat down after downing a whole handle of booze and watched the whole movie and then did it while the song was changing verses and they stress "always look on the bright side of death, just before you've drawn your terminal breath" because I tried to enter what I considered his mental state at the time and that's when I would have done it. I've never had the balls to ask his family if they found his VCR with the tape ejected fully rewound indicating he watched it because I was just a kid at the time and I didn't want to dredge those feelings back up in them as an adult 10 years later.

Burt has made a RIP Ellie stream:
https://youtube.com/watch?v=DcrJ0yhKqnwHe stated that her sister announced the suicide so late only to mog Suzie's death. Then asked to donate TTS and media share Ellie would have liked. At some point a viewer said "who's ellie?" to which Burt responded "yeah... who's ellie?". Also "Ellie is the first fish to be permanently eliminated" LMAO
Of all the Fish that are likely to kill themselves, Burt is still at the top of the list. Not because he's suicidal or anything, but rather due to autoerotic asphyxiation or some other sex act gone wrong.

do you really think that Jet's influence was beneficial for her?
The answer is who the fuck knows? She had a whole existence outside of the Fishtank universe, and although it's predictable that people would do this, it's more than a little presumptuous jump to conclusions about her suicide because you're just looking to slot it into an existing meme narrative about Jet and the wiggers that you're deeply invested in. Especially when the one person closest to her is firmly denying that Fishtank had anything to do with it.

In the end it's not like we knew a ton about Ellie. She never seemed like the type to wear her heart on her sleeve, and all her engagement with the community post-tank was basically just her sharing memes on instagram, she didn't put her life on display like some people. It's sad to think about what might have been going on inside her mind all this time.

Rest in peace.
