I'm really hoping they got in touch with the guy that said they do construction, wiring, and warehouse rental stage set up for recording for YouTubers like Mr Beast with a low six figure cost. That could allow them to do it closer to Sam(and maybe more importantly Luke and Jan if Sam still doesn't want to be involved). Maybe still not RI, but close enough.
More likely and maybe still a positive, Jet spoke with the guy and thinks he can just do it himself in a warehouse. Hopefully with some input on how to zone it correctly. I'm sure there is some hoops you have to go through to have people live in a commercial/industrial property for a month, but it's probably way easier than doing it in a dense residential area, where you are pissing off residents and the municipal government.

I wasn't expecting the Landon humiliation rituals to keep going like 3 months past the end of the season. Little buddy just cannot stop eating shit and taking Ls, and it's mostly from his own actions
I forgot to post this. Landon reacted to a guy who did physiognomy reviews of the S5 Fish, and lost his shit after the guy said that he looks paranoid and might develop schizophrenia, but accepted that he looked like a retarded loser.
I think the main problem with Jet is that he tries to be exactly like Sam was/is. one problem is that even Sam/MDE fans do not have the same respect or admiration for the guy, so he just ends up being a unfunny douche. and he's so heavy associated with FT decisions, making it even worse.
