The correct service is APS, not the police. The police can't administer a BIMS exam. The police can't medically and emotionally assess Barb beyond whether or not she's in immediate danger.

Precedent is actually against this. The police may not act on someone blackmailing him with moon lasers, but they will look into the more mundane stuff, how do you assume he got arrested for the mall intrusions to begin with?

If people are genuinely concerned Barb, the animals, or Chris is in immediate danger, they should call the police. This wasn't a case of that. This is all about utilizing community resources as a personal army. That's inappropriate. Yes, Chris fucking sucks. Wasting tax payer dollars and police time is not funny.
