Edit: if you actually read the first part of her statements, (ill try to archive them if i can) the first one is kinda psycho and telenovela-like and the other 2 is just rambling about women wanting attention in weaboo infested autism hives

Lyra is part of the problem and why The Balance is a shithole. Not only is it a shithole, but it's the equivalent of the cool kids cafeteria table in high school. Some of the admins are involved in grooming, one of them racks up Patreon money while doing almost nothing other than start shit, Mentors and moderators laugh at people in either private channels or side discords as you see, they are superior because they make big number happen in video game. It is a breeding ground for this bullshit, and nobody does anything to defuse situations.

To some hardcore raiders, being a balance mentor is a huge status symbol, and to become a mentor, you have to go through a voting process where everybody else has to vote on whether they want you in or not. The cool kids decide on if you get to be in the cafeteria or not. It doesn't matter how good you actually are at the game, how well you can explain things to people, or how much of a well-adjusted individual you are.

I've known Alevia for a long time, and to be frank, she's a crazy woman who's very possessive, wants to be involved with everything, and will throw you under the bus in the event that you don't give her what she wants. But this is something I can also say about multiple Balance mentors.

I especially like the part where the tranny says they are not there to pick and fight and are not trying to.

Then they proceed to try and start a fight by purposefully using strong and inflammatory methods out in public to draw as much attention to everything as possible, despite what the mods just said to try and keep it on the low to prevent the server from being dragged into further drama.

See, people have such a negative view on trannies not because they are trannies. But because they are horrible, insane and manipulative shit stains.
People judge other people mostly by the content of their character! GASP, I KNOW, SO SURPRISING, RIGHT!? Imagine trannies getting mad because they are getting equal treatment from everyone else and because people don't want to give them extra special treatment just because they are trannies. They are entitled to treat everyone else like shit and act like bratty, mentally ill children because trans lives matter!

Fuck equality man, give trannies whatever they want no matter how fucking crappy they are as a person and if you don't, remember: YOU'RE TRANSPHOBIC!

I remember turning on one of the mentor streams and they talked about how they "pioneered Gunbreaker" and other autistic speak. Not sure how you pioneer something in any MMO game where it takes two brain cells to rub to perform well. Especially in a game as easy in FFXIV where you can literally not do anything in MSQ instances outside of standing in a stack AoE marker to complete the quest.

You're point about it being the cool kids table is not far off and they're not good at hiding their "I only care about helping others" gimmick when they try to insert their twitch channel as much as possible, hoping to be the Ninja of FFXIV. Besides that, they're all human garbage who don't deserve anyone's attention and unable to function in society.

Just finished The Dying Gasp to close out Shadowbringer and damn was that last couple of hours good. It's like someone saw how they did my man Ardyn dirty in XV and decided to give him a proper send-off in another game. Gives me hope for FFXVI not being the dictionary definition of wasted potential like XV was.
