The creepiest part is I had an idea or a concept in my head as to what they would look like or how they would look and this matches it perfectly. Also can we make fun of @Cactus Wings because this pissed her off when Shadowbringers was first announced? Are you happy now?

Meanwhile it seems the most vocal portion of the XIV community can't stop celebrating both the inclusion of male Viera and the promise of female Hrothgar on the way.
I've even seen a few comments about people hoping the male Viera are smaller than females for "certain" reasons.

Ehh, it's at least based on gender dimorphism. Most male Auri still fight and hunt everyday of their lives, leading to them being (exaggeratedly) taller/bigger than the females. There is lore explaining male Viera are rare, to the point where most of them aren't allowed to leave the village/city they live in, nevermind the country. This creates an inverse scenario of the Au'Ra.
I'm fine with male Viera being shorter. It's a unique concept in most of the genres XIV encompasses. I'm not fine with them being immediately regulated to "King Twink" status, leading to any and every player who chooses to play as one to encounter the degenerates crawling in the player-base.

I know for a fact that 0% of straight males will play a male viera.

I don't intend on ever playing anything but my boring male Hyur, but I have to admit that I was one of those people hoping for inverse-AuRa sexual dimorphism in male Viera, backed by what we already knew about their place in society. What we got is essentially boobless female Viera, very similar to Elezen.

I can't believe how much better the Male Viera look over the females. Like I dunno what the hell happened with the team but they look like 10x better then the females and hroths.
