Yeah, fuck that noise. I'm just glad I completed enough of the castrum shit to get some of the gear for... glamor? It's not bad looking. But farming 999 coins? Nah, that shit's gay. Once I got rank 13 I lost interest and I took a bit of a break not long after regardless. Really was hoping I could do relic and not fuck with it too much but it appears to be locked behind that 24 man. I'll be running it later with some buddies, so here's hoping my next post isn't one of rage and stuff.

It's not technically a war crime if it's against your own people in your own backyard where the rules of warfare don't exist.
For Tanks, it's basically Ivalician (meaning from Ivalice, not the set) Judge armor, isn't it? After seeing it, I want it purely for the glamour's sake, but there's no way in hell I'm getting it with those requirements.

WHM is fucking horrible, BRD is bad, PLD is meh, most are like good but not as good looking as the others. The only ones I like are RDM SCH and SUM. And yeah the mats to farm these are a fucking pain in the ass, hopefully there is a nerf. Fuck farming 4 raids 15-18 times each.

Addendum: Aw man, why did they have to make the monk weapons entire fucking gloves again? Is it too much to ask for to get something more simple?
Extra addendum: I liked the raid. Kept me on my toes. I got lucky and ended up getting into a perfect party, 2 heals (I was a healer), 1 tank and the rest dps. 4 of them were red mages.

I did it earlier. I thought it was okay. Some of the fights seemed to drag on, or maybe it was just me. Had a decent party, I had the benefit of being in a vc with a buddy who had already done it few times earlier today so he yelled shit out for me. Either way it isn't hard to learn it. There were a few parts where dead bodies halfway piled up. Expected that, people are still new to it, but no wipes. Overall I thought it was fine.
Lucky sombitch. I saw a picture of the hairstyle and I wasn't feeling it. If I get it, I'm selling it. Currently going for 20 mil on my server.

It also felt like it dragged on. It took almost 2 hours for me to clear. We wiped only once on the 2nd boss but I just chalked it up to people being new a dying a whole bunch.
I think the more people practice mechs, the easier and faster it'll be. I plan on running it a lot though so I better get used to it.

I still haven't cleared Castrum, and from what I've tried today, it still seems impossible to do. Players are too stubborn to use Bozjan actions at all and cannot clear the encounter. It takes forever to get in with a group that has enough players to clear. I don't think I'm going to bother further with the relic content unless they fix it when there's other games I can play.

I did castrum when it was relevant as soon as I could just for this reason.
Who knows, maybe if enough people complain, SE might do something about it. Maybe they'll turn it into a raid in itself.

I didn't want to resub to do Eureka 2.0. So I didn't bother with it on release. I was peeved enough at Square Enix for deciding to cut on Palace-type content for this content.

I think the new reilcs looks alright. Though I'm not sure if I like the new pld one over the previous one. Hit and miss but I didn't hate any of them in particular. Except maybe the bard one with that goofy as guitar bow, but I guess some bards will be into that.
I don't too much blame you. Personally I found the Southern Front a fuck ton easier than Eureka and I didn't particularly dislike it. Eureka I hated with a passion and didn't bother it until late in the Stormblood life cycle when much of it was nerfed to hell and back. I only did one relic. The final Eureka map was the only one I liked to a certain extent. I never bothered with that BA run with Ozma or whatever it is, I got my relic and got the fuck out.

The BRD weapon would look cool if it didn't have that particle effect. Everything else is pretty underwhelming. I'm probably going to skip.
