I got phase 2 down incredibly quickly and my static managed to get through it quick too. It looks intimidating, but once you think it through, it's not that hard. There's about 3 patterns, and when Emerald does Split, either his top or bottom body remains.
If it's the bottom, you need to dodge out, then the move for swords will always be middle (The last set that comes down) -> one corner (The first set that comes down, second is a tight dodge).
If it's the top, he'll raze half the arena, then it's a corner (3rd set again) -> center move (First set). Make sure to pop knockback immunity after the swords come down.
When he doesn't do split (when phase 2 begins), it's going to be either of those patterns, or it's going to be two big X sword patterns and one cross pattern. In the case of the latter, you want to stand on one of the horizontal lines on the edges that doesn't intersect the Xs and then move in. Here is a paint picture I made:

Just make sure to pay attention to where the 3rd and 2nd swords come down. The sword groups are always left side, right side, and middle.
That part isn't too bad. You have to move left or right twice, then dodge the cannons on the side. Just look at the Gaiuses, line up with the first empty spot, then line up with a cannon that is #4 or #5. #4 you have to dodge out of the explosions earlier, but if you can be in front, you don't need to memorize the empty Gaius spots since you see him easily.
I would help, but I ain't on Crystal
