I did ocean fishing like 3 times along with studium deliveries for fishing and that got me from 80 to 90. YMMV but it's the most efficient way if you can schedule your playtime around it. Also there's a dope mount you can get.
 
i decided to check on infamous staller Rich Campbell, and hes still, and you guessed it, stalling.

People watching have said he's gotten worst with it, and i couldnt believe it, but he has indeed gotten really bad with the stalling, most streamers have finished endwalker and the endgame content, Rich has yet to finish either of the 81 quests, i watched this man stall for almost an hour on a msq dialogue box.

His theory crafting every other second is indeed annoying, and people give this man money... i will never understand paying people to play a video game.

The way I see it, it's usually related to the person playing the game being charismatic and/or having a good sense of humor so in practice you're basically paying them to entertain you with the aid of something you're familiar with. Though that being said, I've only seen Rich's content in random clips people post on twitter and even in clips of a minute I already find his voice grating. I dunno how the fuck people could listen to him for any extended period of time.
 
Did all the role quests:

Healer (Ala Miggers) > Ranged Physical (Domasses) > Ranged Magical (Ishgard) > Melee (Company of Heroes) > Tank (OH NOES IT'S THE WHM QUESTS AGAIN)

Also you get nothing for completing all the role quests, lame.

Yeah thats why i ask how anyone would want to give him money, he's been streaming for 8 hours today and he has just now gotten to laborinthos, neither of the first 81 quests take as long to warrant 8 hours, I know the stalling thing is a meme he's embraced, but there is such a thing as running a meme into the ground.

People probably bitched too much about the role quests being required in Shadowbringers which is why they are optional in Endwalker. Dyeable EW AF is a fine enough reward though, better then doing an EX trial that no one wants to do for it.

Also I don't get the whole "Tank role quest is WHM all over again" thing I've seen crop up lately. The whole "cleanse taint" meme only shows up like twice I think and everything else is effectively damage control, backstory for Kan-E-Senna (who had no backstory at this point really), and the eventual conflict at the end. Healer was still better, but I appreciated the tank one fine considering Gridania I feel is the most underexplored of the 3 first 3 city states at this point.

Considering how the healer one ends (the whole memorial and all didn't actually happen yet), I assume we'll be getting extensions to these plots in future patches like we did in Shadowbringers to further dive into how these nations are evolving with the events of the story concluded. The Shadowbringers role quests weren't complete either on release and some of the most interesting things in that side quest were added after 5.0.

I overleveled FSH with Ocean Fishing. If you care, you can score a shark mount if you get enough points in one run.

I don't even understand why. He's bleeding viewers like a mortal wound and now he has to paste ads all over his screen. Why does he keep stalling like that? What does he think he's going to gain?

I've been told he has ADHD, which could explain a lot of things.
 
It's funny how much of the new FF streamers have tanked in some way or another. I've tried to watch Rich to see what the hype was about but couldn't stick it. All streamers are grifters to some degree, but few are as obnoxious about it as he is. There's the stalling, the horrific ads you can see a pic of a few pages back, and other things. Like prompting chat to spam nonsense to "prevent spoilers" as if he can't just go into emote-only or, I don't know, just not compulsively look at chat every 5 seconds. The chat's half the reason to bother with Twitch these days and streamers who go out of their way to fuck with it always annoy me. Rich seems like he's on of those who are popular because they're popular, and even that's getting stretched now.
Asmon's funny when you buy into the character, but the dude's went from pulling 100k/day streaming FF14 to 10k streaming New World, a mmo released into the typical death spiral, and World of Warcraft which is basically cope incarnate at this point.
Pyromancer's pretty good, his excitement and theories on the lore are nice to listen to when he gets into them, but only an insane person listens to him live. 2-5 minutes of writing for every other line of dialogue is just tiring, and that's assuming he doesn't have a spergout at the chat or wander off to do something else or some other interruption. So maybe he's not so good after all on reflection.
Captain Grim and Jesse Cox seem nice, but I haven't watched much of either of them. Haven't seen Jesse at all really since the Co-Optional days. It shouldn't be this hard to find something to listen to during PoTD runs.
 
Imagine actually watching any FFXIV streamers still now that the streamertide has died down.
 
The nu-streamers I like for FFXIV:

1) AnnieFuchsia - she's definitely a weirdo gypsy thot, but at least she does stuff other than push MSQ and raid. She'll have plenty of streaming content considering she wants to cheevo hunt. My only complaint is that she can be a little snippy sometimes.

2) Preach - norf fc is just playing FFXIV like any other major RPG and not being a faggot about it. No delusions about being in for the long haul, just enjoying the content as it comes and doing it when he feels like it.

3) Pyromancer - annoying theorycrafting and sperging aside, he's usually chill enough. I hope he continues to move out of his bubble and play other stuff because there's tons of non-MMO franchises he'd probably really enjoy sperging about.

4) FraggoWoW - This guy's just cool in general. WoW raider in XIV without the faggotry. The Finns truly are a superior race.

Nothing much to add really. I'm friends IRL with most of the FC's inner circle (including one of her roomates) and from what I heard "the fat kid" lived in her head rent-free and she kept constantly bringing it up randomly. "I stubbed my toe and JEK KEPT CALLING A-RUHN-SENNA THE FAT KID LAST WEEK!".
