Films/Scenes that made you cry - Suddenly, it started raining...indoors.

First one I really bawled my eyes out was the ending scenes from Six Feet Under. Yes I know people say it’s a glorified car commercial but I still sobbed my way through.

Toy Story 3 and Up also give me the feels. Most Pixar movies do that though.

End of Evangelion gets me misty eyed, especially during 3rd impact.

Mother 3 also is a feel-giver. Also the post credit scene of FFXV when they have the campfire together before storming the city, and Gladio tears up.

This scene from Jurassic Park
Its here that Grant learns kids aren't all bad and becomes something of father figure to Lex and Tim, it's said that Father's are a trademark in Speilburg's films because of his own estranged relationship with his own father.

Edit: damnit the video got taken down, damn it universal! Xp

Not sure if this counts but I was recently alerted to the episode of classic Sesame Street that discusses death.

Big Bird wonders why Mr. Hooper can't come back.

Sesame Street did quite possibly the best job at explaining death to children of its target age group.

The ending to Super (the James Gunn movie)

Holy fuck that last ten minutes is an emotional roller coaster

Warning: This shit is huge spoilers right here.
What gets to me the most is the wall of perfect moments in his life. He used to only have two but now he's an honorary uncle to his ex wife's kids, has fond memories of Libby, and now thinks his life is worth something. Watching that scene as a depressed teenager, it really helped me out at the time. And Tyler Bates score during that scene is fantastic, to the point where I actually listen to that piece outside the film a lot.

The fact that this is Gunn's worst reviewed movie is proof that Critic's are terrible at their job.

I also find it hard to believe this was only made for about $4 million

Bram Stoker’s Dracula. “I have crossed oceans of time to find you” :'(

i don't think i've ever cried over anything but literature.

and even then, not unless i'm quite ill ... normally, i'm very phlegmatic. i think the last time was years and years ago reading the "Death of a Sportsman" chapter in the Forsyte Saga, weirdly enough.

A lot. The green mile, Watership down, Plague Dogs, The bridge to Terabithia, The Lovely Bones, The Color Purple and so on.

I'll admit the "I Remember You" episode of Adventure Time made me tear up a little.

I know someone who had mental health issues and an addiction problem but was so nice and kind to me when I was younger. So watching him progress to becoming a former shell of who he really was always broke my heart.
