That depends. Poor people's diet are full and dense with empty calories, processed sugars, fructose, no micronutrients whatsoever. They can't exactly be in shape. That's why you see lots of fatties amongst the poor"Some people", you mean <0.0...1% of people cannot lose weight, for the rest it's mostly understanding calories in/out, and doing any sort of exercise, even if mild.
You're not going to get fat if you eat a balanced diet with veggies, instead of what I usually see from these people, a bucket of KFC, a ton of chips, or the worst shit of candy and processed stuff.
If you eat Donuts regularly, don't cry later than you can't lose weight.
Dr. Now takes no shit.People like this will go for a brisk walk every Saturday and assume they've burned off a week's worth of McDonald's orders when in reality it was less than half a large fry. Then when they don't instantly drop 50 pounds from looking at a treadmill, they'll determine that they must have a rare medical issue which makes them unable to lose weight (but of course their fatphobic doctors refuse to diagnose them).

I don't spend a lot in food, as you know I'm vegan so pretty much what I eat are veggies, legumes, and fruits. It is cooked at home (without processed nonsense, which is filled with sugars, sodium, and other shit) and I have no trouble with maintaining my figure, even when I don't do exercise (sometimes I'm busy with other stuff). That depends. Canned and frozen veggies are cheap and don't require significantly more time to cook than a microwave dinner does. Not having the energy to cook a full gourmet meal is understandable, but anyone can throw rice in the rice cooker and heat up a can of beans on the stove. The real reason some people are fat is because junk food tastes good and they lack self control. It's not because candy and chips cost less than a can of beans. They actually cost more, but they taste better, so people are choosing the more palatable option. That depends. However, becoming a hambeast is a deliberate decision. You won't turn into a landwhale because you can't purchase veggies, high nutritional value protein or afford the time to home cook your meals. These people from the "fat acceptance" movement made a conscious choice to be morbidly obese, eating themselves to the extreme, the only effort they make in life is normalize that lifestyle. They won't deny they're fat, they'll deny they're ugly and they'll try to change the whole world's view on why being vulnerable to heart attacks at their 20s and losing limbs to diabetes is actually just a matter of prejudice against them
Bro it doesn't matter what you eat, it only matters how much you eat. You can lose weight eating nothing but McDonalds, you just have to eat less of it. It really is that simple. Overall nutritional health is something fat people can worry about later. It's more unhealthy to be fat, than it is to be thin but not getting enough vitamins or whatever.I’m sorry but we can’t do that in America unless we pay for a lot of money on non-toxic food. I don’t even know where to find that
Exactly this. If you're not willing to try and get used to, oh, I don't know, yogurt and chickpeas and rice and frozen broccoli and chicken, then you're chill with being fat. That's just how it works. You can't debate human biology.Canned and frozen veggies are cheap and don't require significantly more time to cook than a microwave dinner does. That's because the devil is on the details. Fake foods are a thing, and they're more and more common. They're engineered to be bought by poor people. Fake olive oil, that's 85% (sometimes more) cooking oil, just aromatized with olives. There's fake cream, fake cheese, you name one kind of food and there's a fake version of it. They're cheaper to produce, chock full of chemicals, artificial thickeners, starch and high caloric low nutritional propertiesSo I don't know what the problem is, these foods are cheap, and you can cook at home. For work you can also bring that sort of stuff, you don't have to buy the garbage they offer.
But that's exact my point. Morbidly obesity is a choice. You don't get to the point of having 200kgs of fat just because you can't afford (for whatever reason) the healthiest choiceCanned and frozen veggies are cheap and don't require significantly more time to cook than a microwave dinner does. I don't know about any of that fake stuff as I don't buy it, but if they don't even bother to know what the hell they're buying, then that's where the problem lies. That's because the devil is on the details. Everything can be fake food. Always read the fine print when purchasing products. Companies are very sneaky with this and they'll use every legal loophole to make it happenI don't know about any of that fake stuff as I don't buy it, but if they don't even bother to know what the hell they're buying, then that's where the problem lies.
It's more of a cattle thing. People are overworked, they just buy the cheapest and most convenient slop to eat. At least where i live, prices have been going up too damn fast, so low nutritional value foods are the choice for the poorer folk and it really showsAll I'm saying is, you can buy healthy foods on a cheap budget since I do myself, and so they have a way to escape this lifestyle. It's not only possible, but very doable (with minimal effort).
So while what you say may reflect reality for a bunch of people, it's not like they don't have other options, regardless of budget. They just choose to buy shit.
>Be me.Thats just a picture, try a video.
Abdomoobs bigger than the actual boobs. They're mogged by their own gluttonous folly>Be me.

>"Bro, fucking spoiler that shit!"
>Watch video.
>"Where are her nipples?"
>Notice bra.
>Bra still has chesticles in it.
>Those massive flabs aren't breasts.
And if they are breasts, Jesus wept.
Most of what I buy (veggies) is not even in a recipent, you just see them in the vegetable section and choose. Same for fruits, with legumes it comes in a transparent bag and you see it in there (you can even plant one at home in a flowerpot and let it grow to see that's genuineEverything can be fake food. Fat acceptance is for the poors. The rich have Ozempic.

I've fallen into this trap before. What a lot of people don't realize is we are very efficient at walking, and nature is all about efficiency when it comes to survival; it's why we walk on two legs instead of four.People like this will go for a brisk walk every Saturday and assume they've burned off a week's worth of McDonald's orders when in reality it was less than half a large fry.
CACO is true to a certain extent. You can't deny the laws of thermodynamics, but you can absolutely obstruct them. Proper macro and micronutrients are the building blocks to losing fat and/or building muscle! So looking just at calories is a mistake most people make, because they ignore the vitamins and minerals you need for a healthier gut and protein absorption etc...I've fallen into this trap before. I realized recently that I've gained 50lbs over the past couple years (I say as I stand in line for ice cream after a full day of bad eating decisions), and I've been cooking a lot less for myself since a bad breakup a few years ago. I didn't like seeing my highest weight at several appointments, but that shame is motivating me to change things.
I know that the source is poor discipline and struggling with isolation, but I am making an effort to say no to some things and plan ahead with meal prep. I'm also discovering new ways to feel happy in life that will reduce the odds of easy but unhealthy options.
One day at a time.
