This guy received a similar cease and desist from a "lawyer" in the UK on June 9th 2026. The email was also sent from Proton in this case as well. So it's definitely a possible gay op.
I think it's pretty weird that he just naturally jumps to saying it's "absolutely written by an unhinged fan of Ethan Klein" when, if I were forced to bet on it, I'd sooner bet it was someone trying to make the jew look bad by sending out mass legal threats.

This is now the second person publicly claiming that someone is falsely posing as Ethan’s attorney to send cease-and-desist emails. The fact that Ethan hasn't said a word to clear this up is incredibly strange if you ask me.
The explicit goal of these emails is to silence criticism. It is already working as one of the two creators was in the middle of making a YouTube video on h3, but pulled the entire project because of the email. Pretty obvious why Ethan hasn't spoken up to clarify the situation, even though in the past ethan has talked at length about both individuals who received the emails.
Ordinarily, I would say due to the fact that these guys are irrelevant, H33B was likely not behind those letters.
However, he sued KaceyTron and Frogan, two irrelevant nobodies. He is either behind it all, or keeping quiet because it benefits him.

I agree that authenticity should be verified before making a public statement. It appears one party did so, while the other did not.
I don't think Ethan himself launched this specific attack, even though he definitely coordinates gayops with people like Dan Saltman. The real issue is the toxic, parasocial, mentally unhinged fan base he has built. They do this stuff on their own, and if they target someone Ethan dislikes, he actively encourages them instead of shutting it down.
For example, look at how Ethan handled that unhinged stalker who kept posting that she was going to crash Trisha's wedding. Instead of shutting it down, he was boosting her posts and encouraging her the whole time.
Another example involved an H3 fan who actively tracked and harassed Twitch CEO Dan Clancy at a public gathering. The individual filmed the entire interaction herself. Instead of condemning the behavior, Ethan celebrated the incident, reposting the footage to his Instagram story and covering it approvingly on his podcast.
There are tons of examples like this, some even involving his own employees. Ethan's silence shows he doesn't mind people doing this. He wants his critics to be terrified of facing lawsuits so they shut up, mostly because he’s been absolutely terrified of facing any real criticism since his early days on YouTube.
It is exceptionally rare for Ethan to condemn harassment from his fan base, the only time he has ever intervened was when their actions mistakenly targeted the wrong individual.

Yeah it is still hard to understand. Ethan literally had segments in his podcast where he would browse instagram and publically expose any racist chuddie comment he saw, and wink wink nodge his audience into calling their employers etc. His fans even made bomb threats to a school where the mom of a dude who made fun of hila on instagram worked. Taylor Lorenz is outright a moderate in comparison. It truly is the most cucked kf troll shielding ever. Even null somehow sided with ethan. The goyim mind is a mystery.
