This is a case where either side winning is at least partly good. If it gets broadly adopted and expands fair use on things like stream snipes and other entaining content, the Internet wins. So as much as I want some reddit scalps, I could live with being wrong (and I think I have been pretty open about my bias).No one wants to here wishy washy commentary, they want to hear validation.
You can even make the wrong "prediction" without even actually being wrong. The judge could screw up. A lawyer could botch the case so badly that they throw it. An appeals court could change the law while the case is pending. Stuff could come out in discovery that completely nukes one's side's case. Etc.
