I believe the whole "Peepo" thing is a joke. There's a number of video compilations of this Canadian children's show, Nanalan, where the toddler that it's focused around mispronounces various vegetables. One of these vegetables is a peapod, pronounced as "peepo". The compilations have gained traction lately.

My guess is it would be lame shit that wouldn't trigger anyone who ever scrolled through the Offended article on ED or read a gore thread on 4chan. The thing about most Internet gore is it is shit that has been posted over and over and over again, sometimes for decades, and if you've seen one mass of gore, you've seen it all.

Basically. Especially when it concerns crime scene photos and the like, because only so many end up on the internet regardless, there's really a common pool of gore that "edgelords" like this would pull from even though the source is not finite. I would assume that guro would fall into the same idea. Same old, same old. Same damn shit, just a different day.
I'm vaguely disappointed I can't seem to find any other gore photos that people were sent but I'm not about to post in the "paedo/incest ship tags" in some attempt to incite their wrath once they make their daring return.
