If it's a stolen car claim, a police report is required for insurance. It's up to the state whether to "press charges," though. Insurance also demands an accurate report of what happened, which seems to be that Jace took this car unlawfully. Whether it was GTA though depends on whether he intended to return it. If he intended to return it, it's more like joyriding. They're both serious offenses, though, and it's pretty certain the police will be in

The best part about this video was that "Dead or Alive" was still blaring on the car's radio. The only way it could have been any better is if "Danger Zone" was playing instead.

I don't see how Jace is going to get out of this one. I see another "tour of duty" in our near future, and that's if Gail chooses not to press charges... Then again I have no idea how laws work regarding endangerment of other drives or speeding in a stolen car. Jace may very well end up a "POW".

I'd almost ask if Kiwi has gone too far, but to my knowledge he did this completely unprovoked.
 
I hope Eli isn't expecting payments from Jace any time soon. Holy shit what a week it's been between this, Peter Coffin, and Sick Nick getting reported for being a pedo
 
He 'street races' a Prius in the winter in Massachusetts while he's three sheets to the wind, crashes the car, and survives? Jace isn't only a self-milking lolcow, he's also incredibly lucky.
